"I took my mama for the Mother’s Day Brunch which was a special event hosted by the plantation. The house is beautiful filled with rare antiques and touches of a time back when. Each room had a special flare to it. The setting for brunch was buffet style Each place setting on the tables consisted of different china patterns from the Kennedy family with crisp liens and floral arrangements. The food was fabulous & great tasting with a nice variety. Mimosas were served along with ( of course) sweet tea. Bread pudding and coffee finished the meal for dessert. We will definitely be back."

"The service from the front desk was very good. No one cleaned the room after the first night which meant the trash cans were not emptied and the coffee supply was not refurbished. I did not expect new linens as it was a two night stay. The room was overall clean. I did find clothing from another client in a drawer. The room was advertised as having a desk, but the desk space had a microwave, coffee pot and ice bucket. Therefore there was no desk space. I found that the room was basically the same design as other motels for the same price but did not have a small refrigerator. Overall I was satisfied as the location was perfect for my needs."
