"The hotel is quite new, the room is good, the bedding is very comfortable, the hotel is also very safe, there is a tornado in the middle of the night, there is no impact in the room, the only drawback is that the hotel does not have a room cleaning every day by default, if there is no prior request, the room is not cleaned by no one, Name it for the safety of the guests, okay 😑"

"While the hotel itself was very clean, comfortable beds, and located centrally, there were major issues with their plumbing and the toilets were not working. We couldn’t use our own bathroom we had to dress and walk down the hall to the lobby bathroom. Extremely inconvenient. They did have plumbers come in and we were not the only ones that had the issues as several others had complained. Other than that, the hotel itself was very nice, the beds were super comfortable and the staff was very nice."

"I booked this hotel for 3 nights and i didn’t have room service any of nights. When i asked they said they did come and cleaned my room but the truth is they lied. When i forced them they replied they saw DND card on my door. I only pit DND card for the first night cause i was too tired then never put back. Horrible receptionist, his temper was too bad. In one time he started to smacking the table with his hands. This hotel employees are liar and horrible with service. Never again."

"First couple days were great, however on our last day we wanted to stay another night but they couldn’t find us in their system, so the employee said I could just stay and when his boss woke up he would come down and fix it. He also told me I could stay pass check in since we were waiting for the boss. Fast forward a couple hours boss was still not up yet so I decided to cancel reservation on my phone since it wasn’t showing in their system anyways. I got my stuff out and planned to go to another hotel and an hour later the boss called me, sounded incredibly disrespectful saying if I was planning to leave I shouldn’t have stayed past check out (11) I proceeded to tell him his employee couldn’t figure it out and that we waited a few hours for him so then I finally cancelled. He still continued to talk rude to me saying I didn’t have the right to stay and I told him his employee was the one who told me to wait and stay longer. Overall cleanliness was good, rooms were nice, but whoever the boss is, needs to either learn how to start talking with respect, or give his employees a lecture on the dos and don’ts."
