Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre ★★★★
"I booked with Trip.com and chose the wrong dates. Upon asking the hotel staff to change it I was informed that trip.com did not allow it and vice versa. I am a business and leisure traveller who travels at least 15 times a year. My business on *********** has never had such a problem. Never using this service again."
Bastion Hotel Amersfoort ★★★
"At dinner, I found the meal salad to be minimal, even though I had ordered a large one. Additionally, I had ordered an extra bread board, which only arrived after I had already finished the salad. When we arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM, we wanted to have a drink, but the bar was already closed. Very disappointing. Otherwise, it was okay."
NH Amersfoort ★★★★
"Super hotel, centrally located, top location."
Hotel Randenbroek ★★
"The location is perfect, the room very basic but fine. However, I was surprised by the price-quality ratio. An outdated hotel, renovated, but not meeting hotel expectations. Very basic, extremely noisy, overpowering air freshener, a basic shared refrigerator in the hallway, stuffy in the hallway, and the hotel room barely cooled except by a simple and noisy fan. The price-quality ratio was not commensurate."
Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort-A1 ★★★★
"Very satisfied with the service"
Leerhotel Het Klooster ★★★
"Both the service and the perfect facilities."
Amrâth Berghotel Amersfoort ★★★★
"The hotel is a century-old hotel. It is very nice. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good."
Fletcher Hotel Restaurant Amersfoort ★★★★
"We arrived around 1:00 PM. As expected, we couldn't check in yet. This was explained to us in a rather unfriendly manner. We checked in around 3:30 PM, only to be given a different room than the one we'd booked. This wasn't a big deal in itself, but the fact that the room hadn't been cleaned yet and the used towels and sheets from previous guests were strewn about was downright disgusting. After reporting this, we only received an apology and were told to leave our belongings and the room would be cleaned. It was truly awful; I've never experienced anything like this before. Housekeeping was also not happy with the way things were handled, although they were extremely friendly and helpful! I'll never stay at Fletcher again!"
