"One of the most amazing 5 star hotel in Alappuzha. The hotel keeps high level of standard and luxury while keeping the beauty of nature on the other side. So the people who comes there can experience the luxury and the vintage at the same time. The room was really good with the view of the Vembanadu lake. And the front desk staff over there was really nice and welcoming. Especially the front desk executive Mr. Nishnav was really helpful and polite. He was always ready to listen to us and happy to sort out our requirements. And the hotel is highly recommended and will come again with friends."

"The rooms were dirty and not at all maintained. They were very very small with a weird odour. Black water came out of the taps. The lighting was shabby. In the evening there is nothing to do apart from sitting in the boat. They dock at remote places. Mosquitoes were a hindrance after sunset. Its really hot and humid inside the rooms without the ac as the fans are barely functional. Area covered is bare minimum and the boat moves too slow. Too pricy for the experience."

"Went on the Cattelya 2. Spent 2 nights on board. Wonderful crew served us great meals, of vegetable curries, appams, fried fish and prawns that we picked up. The bedrooms were airconditioned as were the living areas. The aircon ran constantly without issues. The toilets were clean and well designed. The crew were unobtrusive and kept to themselves except at mealtimes and docking. Saw beautiful churches and fantastic views ***** the way. The canals are clean and full of life. Memorable trip"

It was a luxury boat having neat and clean rooms, all modern amenities, good washrooms, upper deck. Food was excellent. Service was perfect by the staff. Overall, it was a great time spent. I highly recommend Venice Premium Houseboats to all those looking for luxury in backwaters. Aishwarya, the boat manager educated us on various aspects of Alleppey, farms around the back waters, weather, industry and so much more. It was a luxury Houseboat. They had TV, music system, carrom boards and other games for kids. This is highly recommended for those looking for luxurious experience of Houseboats in Alleppey"
