"I had a great experience during my recent stay at Ramada Alleppey. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The food was amazing and the restaurant was excellent with great variety and taste. What really stood out was the staff. Mr. Prashant, Ms. Minnu, and Mr. Akshay were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Alleppey. Will definitely come back."

"Raheem exceeded all our expectations. We knew it was going to be a cool property, but the location, the villa, the aesthetics, and the service were super pleasant. A few things to note- the mall u food is better than the chinese food, it’s not a right-on-the-beach property, you have to cross the road, and there are a lot of mosquitoes. But they let you be around the pool till late night, drink right there, and the service is great."

"Made us wait including my dad who is a cancer patient for 1 hour to get an auto so they could take us to boat• We booked a deluxe room and the description didn't match room - There was no wifi, no toiletries, no TV in room, the room was full of dust, no shampoo, no hand soap!! the food is like a cheap PG food- not even salad or a dessert, terrible just terrible• refunded me 2500 INR on a booking made with 15000 INR but honestly this doesn't justifys• I live in Europe and I wish I had made booking through hotels.se because they would have refunded my full money. "Beautiful homestay amongst leafy greenery with delightful kind and attentive hosts. Biju thank you so much. Breakfast was delicious and substantial with an array of fresh fruit , omelette and Indian breakfast. Very filling and much appreciated to start the day. Very clean and air con room and ample communal lounge areas to use. Having a kettle and tea/coffee/ water station was much appreciated. Offered fruit and cake on arrival was a lovely touch. Biju also arranged a number of trips for guests though we had no time to experience, other guests gave excellent reports. Highly recommend you try this homestay in Alleppey."

"The rooms are neat and good. Good, clean toilets. Clean. Staff good. Alleppey beach is 5 minutes by walking. They provide complimentary breakfast. This beach home stay has 8 double ac rooms and a comfortable dining area. There's no restaurant, but one can order food of choice from alleppey restaurants through swiggy. Private car parking for about 3 cars available. The approach road of about 300m is a lane but not much traffic. Nearby several home stays. Though rooms are with mosquito netted windows, if you keep rooms and windows open, mosquitos can be a problem. Yet, we found this stay comfortable and good."

"This is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere."

"DO NOT VISIST THIS PLACE. You will certainly spoil your holiday. Stay away from this place and its ZOMBI, rude, and ill-mannered owner (Mr. Mathew). Firstly, It's not a resort, it's a house with a couple of rooms which do not have any facility like of a resort. There is No restaurant, no swimming pool, no room service, no Porter, no front desk. etc. Secondly there's no sea view at all. Zero hospitality. The blankets they gave were disgustingly old and smelled so awful that it was impossible to sleep. The stench was unbearable! Bathroom is very dirty. Horrible room with absolutely no hygiene. The photos on the website are completely misleading compared to the actual condition of the property. What you see online is nothing like the real situation – it's a total scam!. Real and present condition of the property is way different that what is shown in the pics. Absolutely NO maintenance. Garden, verandah, the rooms, the parking area, entrance, walkway etc. all are in very poor condition and dirty. Price is really not worth. Worst experience I had in my entire Kerala trip. Overall its PATHETIC experience. These people have full potential to ruined your vocations. (Please refer the attached pics, sufficient to show the real condition of so called Resort (?))"

"Passenger baggy service to be restarted for easy access to the villas. Night snack shack - fresh fruit juice to be improved, it is like watery. Fish & chips in main restaurant was not good in taste. Overall happy to stay, specially beach and swimming pool nicley maintained. Staff is execellant, very friendly and helpful anytime. Club house is sooper. We enjoyed. Rooms - nice bedding and other utilities and good and items are eco friendly. Its remarkable. Thanks, hussain"
