"Convenient transportation, nice view outside the window. Unfortunately, I repeatedly emphasized the need for a quiet room before check-in, but in the last two days, I was inexplicably disturbed by heavy footsteps and couldn't fall asleep. It might be the guest upstairs, the wall resonance, or the elevator running. In short, I hope the hotel will seriously investigate the cause. After all, *20 is the largest and should be the better room in the hotel. In addition, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes in May, the tabletop is seriously damaged, and the floor is wet after taking a shower, which is easy to slip. The guest's check-in experience is still the most important, and I hope the hotel can pay attention to improvement."

The service was very good, especially the waitress in the restaurant, who was very attentive and kind. However, the receptionists, upon checkout, charged us the full cost of our stay without checking, even though we had already paid. This can happen, but they didn't apologize or even make a fuss. The only things that could be improved are the mattresses."

"The sea view is really great. The sister at the front desk also helped us upgrade the room type for free. The pool view is also very pleasant. You can sunbathe on the lounge chairs all day. However, the pool is a little dirty. The restaurant tastes ok and the price is basically the same as that of local restaurants. It's just that the room facilities are a bit old. It doesn't look like a five-star hotel of this era. It may also be a common problem of southern European hotels."

"The room was ok, the location was good however we believed we had reserved a car park according to our reservation details. When we arrived there was no parking available. When we challenged this we were told someone must have made the booking for us which was both irrelevant and incorrect. It took over an hour to find a car park. We would not have booked this hotel had we known there was no carpark option. We also heard other patrons complaining about not having a carpark when they thought they did complaining about the same problem. We feel we were misled."

"Great Hotel, close to seafront and old town. Spotless. Great value for money. Nice balcony facing garden. Tea and coffee making facilities, always a plus. Air conditioning. Good shower. Staff could not have been better. Car hire at reception, easiest ever. Let down a little by breakfast. Could do better. Would definitely stay again. Parking around the streets no problem."

"Very large and beautiful room. We booked two rooms, and one wasn't even in the photos on ***********. It's in a nice area right in front of the port. There are definitely some things that could be improved. Like the cleanliness, the ceiling fan was full of dust, there's a lot of mold in both rooms, the coffee machine was full of pods and no water, and the sheets were stained. It's nice, but I don't know if I'd recommend it."

Hotel Giardino la Playa
"Just back yesterday from a week at Giardino La playa. Great location-peaceful yet close to the Lido beach and a 10-15 minute walk from Maria Pia beach and about 30 minutes from the old town. Taxi is 10 euros if you don’t fancy the walk into town. We found the hotel excellent with comfortable rooms, great showr and very welcome aircon! Our room was cleaned and serviced every day and the whole hotel was spotlessly maintained. The whole team were lovely and happy to help in any way. A good choice of breakfast items can be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. The pool itself is beautiful with plenty of sun beds and comfy chairs. There is a lifeguard present all day who will fetch drinks/snacks for you from the bar. All in all good value for money and would definitely recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Las Tronas. The hotel itself is beautiful, with amazing views and really nice indoor and outdoor pools. The pictures do not do it justice. the staff was so pleasant and helpful and really made the experience a great one. Paola, Aldo, and Ricardo especially went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us book a same day reservation at a Michelin star agroturismo restaurant. Overall, our stay was really memorable and we’d definitely love to come back."

"Spent 2 nights and received a warm welcome. Service was excellent, though only two shampoos were provided unless requested. The breakfast was superb and delicious. The pool was great, opening at 9 am, and it was always clean, calm, and tranquil. However, mobile reception in the room was very poor, with even 5G and WiFi struggling to connect. The only downside is the lack of an on-site bar or restaurant, so having a car is necessary to stock up on drinks and food from nearby locations."

Super recommended to those who are passionate for wine as the owner, ex-somellier and owner of the wine farm, offers the opportunity to taste their bottles in combination with stripper dishes. In the end, an experience to do again!"
