The front desk staff were very attentive, as were the restaurant staff, especially a blonde waitress whom I believe wasn't Portuguese. She always served us with a smile, from breakfast until we left. A big thank you to her! The only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning, as it gets very hot, especially near the windows."
