"Located atop a hill not far from Alba, with a magnificent view of the Langhe. The food is excellent. At lunchtime, they offer a "deli" menu, with a choice of three appetizers (all three), which can be paired with either a first course, second course, or dessert, or two, or a complete meal (€30, €45, or €55). Everything is truly delicious. The wine list is extensive, from very affordable to "two kidneys and two corneas aren't enough." Friendly and fast service."

"We stayed in the 120 m² penthouse apartment, which was modern and tastefully furnished. It had two bedrooms and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (with a Nespresso machine and capsules!). There's a terrace that wraps around the entire apartment with plenty of seating and some lovely views. The apartment is high enough that it's not too noisy during the day. Parking is available nearby. The owner was friendly, and check-in via mobile phone was hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In one word: great. We have enjoyed our stay at MiaClara Wine Relais The location is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable and everything looks up to the points. The breakfast is delicious and the wines are excellent. A absolute advice is to eat on site from Friday evening, if you have the chance. The owner cooks himself and you try it! The dishes are prepared with much love and really delicious. You should not miss that! The environment is also beautiful and perfect to discover the area. Fine extra point: you can load your electric car. But what really made our stay special was people. Everyone is awfully friendly, hospitality and helpful. They take time for you and give pleasant tips for the surroundings. We are very happy to come back here again!"

"Right at the doorstep of alba town, good location. Only 350m away from alba railway station, good gateway to other Italian towns. This is a very basic place to sleep, water kettle is shared at common corridor. No slippers, no toothbrush, just basic shampoo and body wash. Cannot adjust temperature in the room, so it really depends on the season you are there. Water pressure is low, so do expect shower to be longer. Breakfast is a croissant and a cup of coffee at the bakery right opp the hotel. Not much of a front desk, if there’s anyone manning it but you can easily get in and out of the establishment. No Uber in this town, and taxi is exorbitant and rare here. Good for a night stay~"

"The Medea exceeded our expectations in every way. Be aware that without a car it is a bit isolated. We did have a car, though, so it was great to have free parking on the premises, and only a 5-minute drive into Alba. It was also easily accessible to the many other places we visited, much more so than if we had stayed in the center of Alba. The room and public areas are spotless, the decor is traditional with good quality wood furniture, the bathroom is well-equipped and large, the king-size bed very comfortable. The staff could not have been nicer. We do not eat breakfast, so it was nice to have the option not to include it."

"We stayed 3 nights together with friends and enjoyed every minute of it. Especially, the warm hospitality of the owner family, Federica and Alessandro. The location is idyllic and quiet, in the midst of vineyards and farm country, 5 minutes by car from Alba. We went for hikes and wine tasting during the day, lounging at the pool in the afternoon. Lots of great restaurants nearby that the hosts can recommend. One small note; the available internet connection is very sporadic, so don't plan on using it much."
