They offer fast possibility when we want; whether the service is a cottage or room service. I was very pleased with the lobby places and the tea and other services and guests. People can drink tea and play tables at night. The hotel's overall architect wakes the desire to take a photo to the human being 🫣. The hotel's garden and the possibility of walking, the restaurants and dinners we arrived at the evening with the garden connection, I wish there was a long rest not only one day but a few days, but people also leave a pleasant feeling 🥰"

As we entered, we observed the beautiful lobby and proceeded up to the restaurant where we were greeted with a beautiful dining room with extra extraordinary views of the city below and the valley. We ordered the lentil soup salad and lamb sauté which was beautifully presented and delicious. The staff were all Exceptional and the service was fantastic. We would definitely consider staying in this fine hotel in the future, it has open parking so there is no height restriction for 12 vehicles and they have a swimming pool with an glass open atrium to the sky. Highly recommend staying here or just stopping for lunch or dinner"

Because I didn’t go see doctor and didn’t have medical proofs, my request of cancelling is rejected. I had to book another hotel nearby to rest for 1 more day….I understand the policy but was wondering if there could be better way to handle such case or respond to me faster than the 10 hours wait…"
