"Well good hotel good location . Service ok not bad at all could be better value 4 money, food not bad at all drinks all day the only downfall was the room was old AC don’t work properly old I guess but as they say you get what you paid 4 . Over all it’s ok"

"We recently stayed at this hotel as a family, and unfortunately, although there were some positives, there were quite a few issues that really affected our overall experience. The biggest problem for us was the lack of air conditioning. With temperatures reaching around 36°C, the family room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, particularly at night. When travelling with children, we feel air conditioning in these temperatures is really important. We were also concerned about the safety of the bunk beds. The top bunk had no safety barrier/rail, which we did not feel was safe for a child to sleep in. This is something the hotel really needs to address. The family room itself was very small, especially when accommodating a family for a full week. Unfortunately, there was also a strong waste/sewage-type smell throughout the room, which was very unpleasant. The bathroom was another issue, as every time we had a shower, the bathroom floor flooded, making it inconvenient and potentially unsafe. The food was very average and became quite repetitive. Our younger children particularly struggled to find suitable food options throughout the week. We appreciate that hotels are catering for lots of different tastes, but we would have expected a better selection of simple, child-friendly choices. We were also disappointed with the alcoholic drinks, which we found to be very poor quality and not enjoyable. There were, however, some positives. The animation team were very good and made a real effort to get everyone involved. They were friendly, enthusiastic and definitely helped create a better atmosphere around the hotel. The pool was a good size and lovely and warm, and there were plenty of sun loungers, so we never struggled to find somewhere to sit. One of the highlights was definitely the sea view from our room. Watching the sunrise over the sea was absolutely beautiful and probably one of our favourite parts of the stay. Overall, the hotel has some good points, particularly the animation team, pool area and views, but unfortunately the issues with the room temperature, cleanliness/drainage, smell and child safety really let it down for us. With some significant improvements to the rooms, food and facilities, it could be a much better family holiday experience."
