The room we booked for disabled people was certainly not suitable. Space was big enough, but the shower was barely accessible. In addition, the water flowed from the bathroom instead of towards the drain. So we had to mop more than we could shower. Reported this problem immediately, but it was not resolved. The pool is not wheelchair accessible as there are steps everywhere."

"Very convenient hotel - straight out of the station, cross the road and keep going for a couple of hundred meters and you're there! Everyone very helpful, hotel modern and well-presented. Ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night - good meal and very well-priced. Rented a car for two days and was able to leave it in the car park behind the hotel at their special rate using the voucher they issued. All in all a very smooth experience."
