"Great location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The common areas were nicely designed and clean. The room was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the mini kitchenette. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We appreciated the extra towels at the pool. The cons were: the bottom of the pool was pretty rough. I get the need for traction, but it rubbed my kids' feet raw. There wasn't a hot tub. The parking garage attached to the hotel is open to the public, so if there is a popular event happening downtown (i.e. New Year's Eve Potato Drop) the garage will fill up while you were out elsewhwere. Leaving you to have to find somewhere else to park even though you prepaid for parking in that garage."

"I always stay here whenever I come through Boise. The last two times were awesome. This time my only complaint is the first room they gave me smelled like smoke but then they let me switch rooms and it was great. What I like about this place is how it's decently clean but doesn't smell like perfume. The bed was super comfy and the room is quiet enough (I wear earplugs). I slept like a baby!"

"The room smelled possibly like a past smoking room.or mold. The floor was not clean there was pet food in several locations that I had to pick up so my pet did not eat it. Then I realized something had been ate all over the chair and not cleaned up. The coffee pot only worked if you messed with it to get the water to come out."

"My family stayed here at the end of a very long road trip. We were tired and sore when we arrived, after sitting in the car for so long. But wow. This place is so clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home right away. And our room was impeccable. It was so nice to have a fully-stocked kitchenette. And the beds were the most comfortable we'd ever slept on. Needless to say, we're definitely staying here the next time we're in town!"
