ONOMO Hotel Abidjan ★★★
"Excellent stay at onomo"
ONOMO ALLURE ABIDJAN BAOBAB ★★★★
"Very bad service, they treat people as they want , the line always busy, service room do poor , but we pay a lot of money to stay there, if you have urgent and your sick you want they assistance they will not be there when you need hospital etc … and the transport fees is so expensive when it’s close to the airport at least it’s should be free, it’s was my first time in Abidjan at least I would have like to enjoy the hotel but nothing… you guys should do better, you’re good located , but the service is very bad …"
ibis Styles Abidjan Plateau ★★★
"After a long trip we had a very good rest with a very peaceful room the bedding is of very good quality the staff on the floors very dynamic and smiling really nothing to complain about The hotel is also very well located the perfect security 👍"
Azalaï Hôtel Abidjan ★★★★
"Good location, strict security, good service"
Novotel Abidjan Marcory ★★★★
"Staying for 9 nights - tonight is Saturday... I ordered room service, nothing too completed - one dish - steak and chips and within 2 mins I had someone at the door - they then proceed to try and get into my room demanding a menu - trying to push past me - I refused and then complained over the phone - and re-ordered my meal - I had to call 3 times to chase the order - I was told it was coming.... nothing.... Eventually I went to reception and had to ask 5 people if I could speak to a manager... eventually after 15 minutes someone came out... Left me in reception for more than 5 mins I decided it's time for bed... When they saw me at the elevator.... they came rushing to apologise. Too late - the guy should have never tried to get into my room. Shocking and scary. Never again."
Noom Hotel Abidjan Plateau ★★★★★
"I loved staying there and"
Pullman Abidjan ★★★★★
"This time I didn't like the service."
Mövenpick Hotel Abidjan ★★★★★
"I ordered it for a customer and the experience was very good. Due to various reasons, there was a little hiccup during payment, which was resolved patiently."
Hotel Tiama ★★★★★
"My wife and I stayed 5 nights, arriving at 2PM after the free hotel transfer from the ABJ Airport. The English speaking manager copied our passports, processed the police check-in & payment, then we took one of the 2 elevators to the 5th floor. Room #511 was carpeted, clean but a bit tight, opening to a double closet and a fully outfitted bathroom with a glass rain shower. The bedroom had a comfortable queen across a shelving desk with a chair, full minibar, water & kettle, a large TV(BBC, Bloomberg, CNN in English & many other channels) and an easy chair. The window wall had an expansive view of Tour ‘F’, the Felix Boigny Stadium and Pont Ado. Fast WiFi, good lightning & several outlets. The 6:30AM breakfast was superb and excellently serviced with customized coffees/omelettes in addition to the buffet: fresh fruits/juices, 3 muesli, yogurts, hot dishes(boiled eggs, potatoes, spicy baked beans, rice, sausage), cheeses/ham, speciality salads, many breads, croissants/cakes and an excellent pianist,. Overall, we enjoyed this modern hotel’s ATM, lovely clean pool & scenic 9 station gym."

Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire
"Mine was a standard double room located in the 23-floor building. The room was extremely small with a long and narrow table along the wall. You can barely turn around without bump on to something. If you size is over 160 lbs the toilet is small for you. If you have more than two luggage you might need to spread your stuff on the floor. I had little encounter with hotel staff, hence cannot comment on its services. In general, we had a very uncomfortable stay at the hotel."
La Maison Palmier Abidjan, a Member of Design Hotels
"Top hotel, nothing to complain about."
Radisson Blu Abidjan Airport
"Very close to the airport and very convenient"
Ibis Styles Abidjan Marcory
"My first time in Abidjan ( and Africa) I have a wonderful experience and here are the nicest places for me. Super convenient to walk around and get the taxi. (Perfect location) The room is clean and comfortable. I don’t like the bathroom floor because there is no drain. When I take a shower, water splashes onto the floor, and after it dries there is still water left with nowhere to drain. Breakfast is yummy (African breakfast) i love it. Safety? Super secure and safe they check every single detail of people walk into the hotel Staff overall very good friendly and helpful (but the morning shift receptionist (male) is not friendly and doesn’t have the service mind. Once you work for hospitality job then don’t forget to bring your smile to work with you. Since I want to do an early check in he is the one who makes decisions I will let you check in at 10 but (The early check-in price being the same as the room rate for one night is strange and quite funny. I’ve never seen anything like this before.) Housekeeping staff who assigned for the floor 1 is super friendly and very clean ( big smile and greeting the customer) Food and beverage staff in the morning are always friendly and polite. Good location, Clean , Good service and safety. i will definitely stay here again whenever I travel to Abidjan."

Hotel Capitol Abidjan
"The room were spacious, they offered electric cattle with tea and coffee sachets in the room. Every day 2 water bottles. Breakfast was good with different variety of fruits salads bar, along with cerels. They were charging usd 30 per person for airport drop. The ambiance is good with parking space in front. They have the gym and swimming pool."
Hôtel Ivotel Abidjan
