ONOMO Hotel Abidjan ★★★
"I paid online, but the hotel had no record of my payment, so I was forced to pay again by card. After several discussions, I finally received a refund for the overpayment!"

Casa Hôtel Résidence ★★★
Novotel Abidjan Marcory ★★★★
"Hotel is quite close to the airport. Check in was slow. There was no introduction to hotel facilities. I felt lucky just to get a room key from the employee who was clearly just struggling with the basics of the process. Room layout is bad for business travelers. No desk, no proper chair. The horror started on the first night with incredibly loud music behind the hotel. Hotel management was useless to reduce the volume and acted as if this were my problem. I asked to speak with the GM but was refused. The duty manager was not helpful and I had to organize a change of room by myself. The staff are so poorly trained that - even though they saw that I was without my luggage during this process and even though I told them I would go back up to move my things - they shut off key to my original room with all my things inside. I had to go back to reception after realizing this and get the key enabled. No-one helped with the process of changing rooms. Gym is small and limited. Exec lounge is a mystery. I'm not sure what service it actually provides. Breakfast was bizarre, coffee machine mostly didn't work, and the same food from breakfast just sat there all day. Pity anyone who goes in the evening thinking it's fresh and tries something. No evidence of evening cocktails or anything like that. Staff did not speak English. Beds are lumpy and pillows too thin. Checkout took forever with staff who seemed to be doing it for the first time. The hotel has all the signs that none of the management or staff have any training and most have probably never stayed in a hotel. Avoid this place."
Mövenpick Hotel Abidjan ★★★★★
"This hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. It's highly recommended for business travelers. 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶"

Hôtel Sana
Silver Moon Hotel
"It's a serene and comfortable place for anyone who wants to stay close to business areas and destinations. I particularly liked the interior design in the room and the setting. The room numbering, however, is confusing, and a visitor has to go to the reception area to access the toilet for public use when there should be toilets for each floor "
La Clarté
"The room is large in size and very clean, and the style of decoration in the room also makes people feel more comfortable."
Golden Hôtel
"Golden Hotel was really safe inside and in the surrounding area. Everyone at the airport knew where it was too"
Hotel Capitol Abidjan
"Clean and correct hotel without special comfort A little isolated but still quite easily accessible Treasury Good breakfast copies and varied Choose of dishes at the quite limited restaurant deserves more dishes Navette for the paying airport"
Palm Club Hotel
"This is located near many of the offices in Cocody area of Abidjan but there is little in the local vicinity and is some way away for the centre of Abidjan. On the positive side the rooms and the facilities are all clean and the service is very hospitable. There a number of themed food nights including music and BBQ around the pool area which was very good and made eating at the hotel of interest. However it is an expensive hotel compared to many others and there are a number of irritating things that I experienced. Firstly, the restaurant is staffed by the most surely manager who just says there is no change every time you pay with cash. Secondly, the rooms, whilst clean, have a number of facilities that are poor. The shower head holder on the wall is broken so the shower head does not stay in place and the mixer does not work which means the shower oscillates between extreme temperatures. Most of the TV channels in the room do not work and the fridge in the rooms periodically 'clunks' which is exasperating at night. The worse issue I had was I was given a room on the first floor over one of the main event halls after a long and very tiring journey and desperate for some sleep. I was not informed that there was an event on and the music just came through the floor loudly until midnight and then the room's tables and chairs were then packed away creating significant noise to 01.30 hrs making any sleep impossible until they had finished. WHY DO YOU GIVE CLIENTS ROOMS OVER EVENTS ROOMS WHEN THERE IS AN EVENT ON? PAINFUL. The reception staff were very sympathetic but that is as far as they would go. The food is a mix of salads, fruit and local hot food but be conscious that all the food and drink are very expensive compared to anywhere else in Abidjan and if you can eat out, I would recommend you do so. And would bring my own coffee or nespresso capules next time as $3 per capsule is a piss take! There is no room service on Sundays but this was not clear and was shocked to see plates and remining room service food left in the service areas for a number of days which is a concern hygienically. In summary, I will look at another hotel next time I am in Abidjan with better value if this does means a longer commute to the office."
