We love the free laundry service, the hotel staff sent our washed and dried clothes to our rooms the next morning. All towels were sealed in bags to ensure cleanliness. We were served honey drinks immediately when the staff met us at the counter. The rooms we booked were spacious. The location is definitely excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient option if you’re arriving late or catching an early flight, as the hotel is very close to Kunming Airport and saves you the trip into the city. The airport pick-up and drop-off service is smooth and reliable, which makes arrival and departure hassle-free. Check-in was easy, and the staff were welcoming. A small but thoughtful touch was the complimentary flower cake on arrival, which added a nice local feel to the stay. Overall, a practical and comfortable choice for a short airport stopover.

This hotel is located right in the city center, with a lively pedestrian street and plenty of great food options downstairs. The halal beef pancakes right outside are delicious and always have a long queue! If you turn right out of the hotel and pass Nanning Street, you'll reach Shuncheng Shopping Mall, which boasts numerous restaurants. The Wuyi Road metro station is also right next to it. You can easily walk to Cuihu Park and several other pedestrian streets from the hotel, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including local Yunnan specialties like Er'si and rice noodles. The hotel maintains the high standards of Sheraton (Marriott), and the room facilities are excellent. The lovely front desk staff even upgraded my room and gave me a fruit platter. My room on the 28th floor offered expansive city views. For transportation to Kunming Station, if you're in a hurry, I'd recommend a taxi as there might not be a direct metro line due to the complex underground structure of the old city. One suggestion I have is to place ashtrays (or poles) outside the entrance. This would prevent guests who step out to smoke from a non-smoking hotel from littering cigarette butts.

The toiletries were neatly arranged, and after opening the window for ventilation, the air felt fresh, making my stay very comfortable and reassuring. The hotel facilities were complete and well-maintained. The air conditioning and hot water supply were stable, the internet was smooth, and the bathroom water pressure was ample. The lighting and power outlets were thoughtfully arranged, and the vanity and wardrobe offered sufficient space. The seating in the lounge area was comfortable, and all facilities were new and undamaged, providing an excellent user experience. I must particularly commend the service. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, and check-in was fast and efficient. Staff members would greet me proactively when passing by, and they responded quickly to any requests with patience and attention to detail. The directions for travel and parking were clear, and the service was attentive and thoughtful throughout. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and with heartwarming service, this hotel offers great value for money. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious and came with an oxygen concentrator, smart home features, a smart toilet, and a high-power hairdryer! The water heater was excellent, providing hot water instantly, and the shower pressure was fantastic, making for a refreshing shower. Plus, when we arrived at the hotel at past 10 PM on the first day, they offered car pick-up and complimentary rice noodle supper! The value for money and the environment are both incredible. They even gave us a souvenir gift. Overall, everything was top-notch; we had a very comfortable stay!

This hotel is a hidden gem! I booked a special offer room, and they assigned us a cave-themed room. My girlfriend absolutely loved it, and it was perfect for photos. The service was excellent, with free airport pickup and complimentary breakfast. The room even had coffee and Pu'er tea, and it was immaculately clean. The only minor thing is that there's no window, but with the air conditioning and fresh air system, it wasn't an issue at all. The room was very quiet. Downstairs, there are electric scooter rentals, a supermarket, and all sorts of local eateries. Highly recommend!

You can immerse yourself in the Dai rainforest culture without even leaving the hotel, combining relaxation with a fantastic photoshoot. It's truly the top choice for a vacation in Xishuangbanna.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the old town, with the pedestrian street just a stone's throw away. There are tons of food options nearby, so it's super convenient if you just want to stay in. The minimalist design throughout makes for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was clean and comfy, and the large projector was great for watching the World Cup. I booked a twin room, and there's a school right next door. It got a bit noisy around 8 AM with the school broadcasts, but it was incredibly quiet outside of school hours. The butler service was very attentive, and they even offered airport drop-off.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely give it a 10/10. The hotel is very clean, well organized, and feels luxurious. Our room was beautiful and featured a large bathtub in front of a huge window with a breathtaking view of the lake and the Snow Mountain. Another highlight was the breakfast service. Breakfast was delivered directly to our room every morning, and the quality was excellent. We could choose between a Western breakfast and a Chinese breakfast, and the staff also carefully respected our dietary wishes, especially regarding not eating meat or pork. The service overall was outstanding. The staff were always reachable via WeChat and helped us with every request we had. We also really appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service. In addition, the team provided us with great information about local activities and even helped us find Muslim-friendly restaurants in the area, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and very thankful for the excellent service and the wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport, and I'm not familiar with Kunming. I was returning from Shangri-La by high-speed train and needed a place to stay for one night before flying out the next day, so this seemed like the least tiring option. However, compared to the hotels I stayed at in Kunming Old Street, Lijiang, Dali, and Shangri-La, the staff here were relatively less friendly. In particular, they seemed a bit impatient when talking, and their tone was quite stiff when I made requests. Oh well, you get what you pay for since it was so cheap. I really hope the staff can improve their customer service.
