On the positive side, the hotel has quite a few recreational facilities, and the room amenities are decent and relatively new. On the negative side, the biggest problem is the excessive dampness in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in, and although the hotel changed the bedding, it didn't help much. This might be due to the humid air during the rainy season in Xishuangbanna, but two things puzzled me: 1) The front desk said no one else had reported this issue before. 2) I stayed at three hotels during this trip, and Zhucheng was the third. The other two were right next to Zhucheng, and their rooms didn't feel noticeably damp. Also, the hotel room didn't pay enough attention to some details. The sofa arrangement prevented the curtains from closing completely automatically; I had to manually close them. The refrigerator was also quite noisy, which affected my sleep.

Choosing the Adaman Hotel by Mingyoo Li Cheng was absolutely the best decision I made for this Xishuangbanna trip. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the corridors enveloped in tropical greenery, exuding an exotic vibe. Every snapshot I took turned into a stunning, atmospheric photo. The room was spacious and cozy, with smart controls throughout, making everything super convenient. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderfully restful sleep every night. The location is also fantastic – close to the airport, which makes getting around a breeze. Whether you want to escape the crowds for some peaceful time or explore Xishuangbanna's beautiful sights, this place is perfectly suited. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Xishuangbanna!

I stayed for three days in early August during the peak season, around the Torch Festival, and the overall service experience was quite mediocre. First, let me start with the positives: the room was very clean. Throughout my stay, I didn't see a single hair on the carpet or the bed each day. Now for the negatives: 1. Breakfast was so crowded that there was no dining experience at all. On the first day, I was ”tricked” into going to the cafe for breakfast, under the pretext that the main restaurant was too full. I say ”tricked” because the server said the two places offered the same food, but I later discovered that the cafe's selection was only about one-tenth of what the main restaurant offered. This was totally unnecessary. Firstly, for most guests, the dining experience (fewer people) far outweighs a few extra dishes. Secondly, the servers could have easily informed guests in the cafe that they could get food from the main restaurant and then eat it in the cafe. This level of service is completely inconsistent with the hotel's positioning. Secondly, the hygiene at breakfast was concerning. I understand it's peak season and crowded, but it's unacceptable when cutlery in the table caddies isn't replenished promptly. Moreover, I even found used cutlery from previous guests in the cutlery holder! (See picture). After informing a server, they very calmly took it away and then placed new cutlery directly into the caddy that still had food residue in it! They didn't even clean the caddy! Overall, the quality of service from both the front desk and restaurant staff urgently needs improvement. When I had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, I was also constantly bothered by three flies, yet several servers stood by and watched without doing anything. (See picture). While the view is nice, I would advise against dining in the restaurant, and the breakfast experience was also extremely poor.

The room was very clean, and the host was super friendly and helpful with luggage. There's also a Samoyed named Mitsu who is incredibly friendly; my kids absolutely adored her and couldn't bear to leave. The dog was very clean and well-behaved. Overall, the guesthouse was very quiet.

As someone who travels extensively around the world, I had the privilege of staying at many remarkable properties. Lisiman is undoubtedly one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had. The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful, blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Every corner of the property is thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect balance between contemporary comfort and the authentic charm of Shangri-La. Waking up to the breathtaking scenery of Napa Lake, with its tranquil waters, vast grasslands and ever-changing light, felt like stepping into a living painting. The natural beauty surrounding the hotel is simply extraordinary and offers endless inspiration for photographers and anyone seeking a peaceful escape. What truly elevated the experience was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making each guest feel at home. I would especially like to thank Micheal and Xiao Gang whose kindness, professionalism and thoughtful attention to detail made my stay even more special. Their sincere hospitality reflected the spirit of the destination and left a lasting impression. The entire stay embraced a true slow-living philosophy. Time seemed to slow down, allowing me to fully appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, fresh mountain air, and the quiet rhythm of life around Napa Lake. For travelers looking for more than just a place to stay for those seeking beauty, tranquility, authentic hospitality and an unforgettable connection with nature, I wholeheartedly recommend Lisman Hotel. It’s a destination that stays with you long after you’ve left and I can’t wait to return.

Facilities: The shower pressure was great, very comfortable! Cleanliness: Decent enough. Environment: The soundproofing was pretty good. Around 10 PM, I could hear some people outside shouting slogans, perhaps doing a formation drill or something. The street was lively, but all other sounds were well-isolated. Service: Quite good. The auntie was very enthusiastic, and the young lady at the front desk was also lovely. Xishuangbanna Jinghong Gasa Airport private pick-up: The recommended restaurants were all delicious!!!

The hotel is located in Lijiang Old Town, making it an excellent choice for anyone who wants to explore the area on foot. One of our rooms was upgraded, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay in Lijiang. The hotel also offers many complimentary activities for guests to enjoy. The property features a beautiful garden with several alpacas and peacocks roaming around, allowing guests to interact and play with them. The rooftop view is another major highlight, as on a clear day you may be lucky enough to enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains.

Lan is truly a boutique hotel, with amenities on par with high-end accommodations. The toiletries, appliances, and other provisions are all of high quality. The space is large and grand, with a simple yet elegant design, and the common areas are meticulously maintained and beautiful. The service is incredibly attentive, making for a comfortable experience from check-in to check-out. It's an excellent choice whether you're on a leisurely vacation or a short trip.

I highly recommend staying at Yundu in Lijiang! This was by far the best accommodation of my entire trip. The room offered a direct view of the snow-capped mountains, allowing me to wake up and enjoy the sunrise illuminating the golden peaks without having to rush out for sightseeing. It was incredibly comfortable and rejuvenating. The butler team provided exceptionally detailed service, handling everything from transportation and room upgrades to custom breakfast requests – their attentiveness exceeded expectations. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with excellent coffee and fruity flavors, making for a fantastic overall dining and living experience. The guesthouse is conveniently located for easy access to and from both ancient towns. It's quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the old city. Every day felt relaxed and pleasant. This is a treasure of a guesthouse, allowing you to shed your fatigue and peacefully gaze at the snow-capped mountains. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Lijiang.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right on the old street, and as soon as you step out, you're in a food street, making exploring and dining incredibly convenient. The service is very thoughtful; we even received a cute snack bag and a little elephant doll upon check-in. They even prepared special toiletries for children, which was especially heartwarming for traveling with kids. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The gym is well-equipped, making it easy to fit in a workout in the evenings. The room was clean and tidy, and overall, it was a great experience. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!
