We love the free laundry service, the hotel staff sent our washed and dried clothes to our rooms the next morning. All towels were sealed in bags to ensure cleanliness. We were served honey drinks immediately when the staff met us at the counter. The rooms we booked were spacious. The location is definitely excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The airport pick-up and drop-off service is smooth and reliable, which makes arrival and departure hassle-free. Check-in was easy, and the staff were welcoming. A small but thoughtful touch was the complimentary flower cake on arrival, which added a nice local feel to the stay. Overall, a practical and comfortable choice for a short airport stopover.

The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access to Nanping Pedestrian Street, Kunming Old Street, and Jinma Biji Archway right downstairs. It's also a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and a 10-minute taxi ride to Green Lake Park and the Yunnan Military Academy. The surrounding area is packed with local snacks and long-standing eateries. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious, and bright, with clean, separate wet and dry bathrooms and automatic toilets. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, including freshly made Yunnan rice noodles, *rubing* (a type of cheese), flower pastries, and other local specialties, as well as Western options like cheese, coffee, and pastries, providing a great blend of Chinese and Western choices. The service was warm and courteous; staff even proactively recommended local delicacies, and the concierge kindly helped with our luggage. We also received complimentary fruit.

The lobby was clean, bright, and odor-free, and the guest room felt fresh the moment I walked in. The floors and bathroom countertops were spotless, the bedding was soft and tidy, and there was no dust accumulation in the corners. The toiletries were neatly arranged, and after opening the window for ventilation, the air felt fresh, making my stay very comfortable and reassuring. The hotel facilities were complete and well-maintained. The air conditioning and hot water supply were stable, the internet was smooth, and the bathroom water pressure was ample. The lighting and power outlets were thoughtfully arranged, and the vanity and wardrobe offered sufficient space. The seating in the lounge area was comfortable, and all facilities were new and undamaged, providing an excellent user experience. I must particularly commend the service. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, and check-in was fast and efficient. Staff members would greet me proactively when passing by, and they responded quickly to any requests with patience and attention to detail. The directions for travel and parking were clear, and the service was attentive and thoughtful throughout. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and with heartwarming service, this hotel offers great value for money. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious and came with an oxygen concentrator, smart home features, a smart toilet, and a high-power hairdryer! The water heater was excellent, providing hot water instantly, and the shower pressure was fantastic, making for a refreshing shower. Plus, when we arrived at the hotel at past 10 PM on the first day, they offered car pick-up and complimentary rice noodle supper! The value for money and the environment are both incredible. They even gave us a souvenir gift. Overall, everything was top-notch; we had a very comfortable stay!

This hotel is a hidden gem! I booked a special offer room, and they assigned us a cave-themed room. My girlfriend absolutely loved it, and it was perfect for photos. The service was excellent, with free airport pickup and complimentary breakfast. The room even had coffee and Pu'er tea, and it was immaculately clean. The only minor thing is that there's no window, but with the air conditioning and fresh air system, it wasn't an issue at all. The room was very quiet. Downstairs, there are electric scooter rentals, a supermarket, and all sorts of local eateries. Highly recommend!

Unexpectedly, I got upgraded to an executive king room at the Intercontinental Xishuangbanna – what a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and elegant, with a perfect blend of Dai-Thai style and modern amenities. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the smart bathroom, separate bathtub, and well-stocked mini-bar were all fantastic. Opening the window revealed a beautiful tropical garden, offering peace and privacy. The service was attentive, and the facilities, from the guest rooms to the public areas, were impeccable. The location is also superb: just a 20-minute drive from the airport, and conveniently close to the Gaozhuang Starlight Night Market and Manting Park. It truly offers a tranquil retreat while being close to all the action. Overall, a truly luxurious and enjoyable holiday experience!

Found a hidden gem of a guesthouse in Dali Ancient City! The location is superb, close to the main street of the ancient city making it convenient to get around, yet the courtyard itself is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, a true oasis. The decor is unique and stylish, and even on a rainy day, the courtyard is incredibly atmospheric and picturesque – perfect for photos everywhere you look. The environment is clean and tranquil, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. I especially want to praise how comfortable the pillows were; as someone who usually suffers from insomnia, I slept soundly through the night. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely give it a 10/10. The hotel is very clean, well organized, and feels luxurious. Our room was beautiful and featured a large bathtub in front of a huge window with a breathtaking view of the lake and the Snow Mountain. Another highlight was the breakfast service. Breakfast was delivered directly to our room every morning, and the quality was excellent. We could choose between a Western breakfast and a Chinese breakfast, and the staff also carefully respected our dietary wishes, especially regarding not eating meat or pork. The service overall was outstanding. The staff were always reachable via WeChat and helped us with every request we had. We also really appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service. In addition, the team provided us with great information about local activities and even helped us find Muslim-friendly restaurants in the area, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and very thankful for the excellent service and the wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport, and I'm not familiar with Kunming. I was returning from Shangri-La by high-speed train and needed a place to stay for one night before flying out the next day, so this seemed like the least tiring option. However, compared to the hotels I stayed at in Kunming Old Street, Lijiang, Dali, and Shangri-La, the staff here were relatively less friendly. In particular, they seemed a bit impatient when talking, and their tone was quite stiff when I made requests. Oh well, you get what you pay for since it was so cheap. I really hope the staff can improve their customer service.
