Staying at the Moyeah Cliff Hotel, the architecture is nestled into the rock face, with lights outlining geometric silhouettes against the night sky. In the morning, opening the window reveals layered mountains like a geological cross-section, and the breakfast table overlooks an untamed canyon. The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows bring the wilderness to the dining table, with views extending through the glass to the distant mountain ridges, creating a visual alignment. The suspended infinity pool's edge hangs over the abyss, where the water meets the sky, forming a boundary between human creation and nature. Some passages are hidden within grottoes, with stairs leading to cave entrances, as if stepping into a slice of geological time. The service is prompt, and the facilities are well-maintained. The spatial design uses structural language to respond to the terrain; guests within it are both observers and part of the landscape. Every room's window faces the Hukou Waterfall cliff, and almost all rooms are equipped with private hot springs, with all bath and toiletries being top-tier international brands, washing away the fatigue of travel. This is one of those hotels that, once you've stayed, you'll be addicted to.

My girlfriend and I were on a road trip last May when we stumbled upon the Moye Snow Mountain Cliff Hotel, and we were absolutely blown away! As soon as we stepped in, it was clear that an enormous amount of investment and thought went into its design. The room was spotlessly clean, and the attention to hygiene was impeccable. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views right onto the snowy mountain cliffs – it truly felt like a hidden paradise. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout our stay, and I have to mention, they were all young, attractive, and handsome, which speaks to the hotel's careful selection of personnel. The facilities were high-end, elegant, and had a luxurious feel. Every corner was photo-worthy; my girlfriend couldn't stop taking pictures! Our stay far exceeded our expectations. This is definitely a must-stay gem in Shangri-La, highly recommend!

Absolutely blown away!!! I've never stayed at such an amazing hotel!!! The rooms are huge and beautiful!!! Plus, there's a gym, billiards room, and an incredible cliffside pool!!! The service is also excellent!! They even offer two free Lower Tiger Leaping Gorge hikes every day, and the guides are super professional and fun. When you get back, the butler can help wash, dry, and fold your clothes and bring them back to your room!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!!

Shangri-La Moonlight Hotel truly wowed me! The experience was fantastic, and the butler service deserves a big thumbs up. The scenery is absolutely stunning – perfect for photos, even if you're not a pro, every shot turns out amazing. This magical B&B is hidden on a cliff above Tiger Leaping Gorge, offering direct views of Haba Snow Mountain and the entire Jinsha River Canyon. The cave-inspired design is unique and upscale, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a cliffside terrace, creating a great ambiance in every photo. The room amenities are incredibly thoughtful, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows, a bathtub, and heated floors throughout. Lying in bed and gazing at the snow-capped mountains and sea of clouds is so therapeutic. The views are breathtaking morning and night, with golden sunrises and starry nights – it's the perfect escape from city noise to immerse yourself in nature. If you're coming to Shangri-La's Tiger Leaping Gorge, you absolutely must stay here! They even have a dazzling laser show at night!

The service was excellent! They always helped with our luggage when we arrived and departed. We had two adults and two children in one room, and the older child's breakfast was also free, which was a nice bonus. I especially loved the coffee during afternoon tea and breakfast. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view! Perfect for photos!

The hotel's environment is undoubtedly top-notch, a must-visit spot for anyone hiking Tiger Leaping Gorge. However, the price during the May Day holiday didn't match the experience and service. Firstly, there was no distinction between guest areas and tourist areas. The parking lot was full of tourist cars, leaving no space for us to park, and EV charging spots were occupied by gasoline cars. Hotel guests couldn't even get a chance to take photos at the coffee photo spots. Tourists were constantly wandering and taking pictures in the guest areas. The Chinese restaurant's overall ambiance and food were a bit disappointing; the hotel seemed to primarily promote its Western restaurant. We stayed for three days and two nights but never got to experience the hotel's planned hiking routes, so we ended up exploring on our own. We'd heard great things about the departure souvenirs, but when we checked out in the rain, the staff didn't even offer an umbrella when we went to collect them. We're definitely not staying at a hotel just for a souvenir. In summary, if you're only staying for the location and photo ops, the May Day holiday price isn't worth it; you'd be better off just buying a cup of coffee.

The customer service was really proactive and friendly. The scenery is stunning, with plenty of spots for photos. You can see the whole of Tiger Leaping Gorge in one glance. They offer complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast, and even a wrench gift! The only downside is the hotel doesn't provide shuttle service, so you need to arrange your own transportation in advance.
