"I booked two rooms for my family, but the stay was a nightmare. Throughout the night, my kids and I felt intense itching and couldn’t sleep properly. When we checked the bedsheets, we found visible blood stains. The next morning, we discovered even more blood stains on the pillows and found dead bed bugs. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable for any hotel. No guest should have to go through something like this, especially with children. We felt uncomfortable, disgusted, and very disappointed. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation when staying at a hotel. I would not recommend this place to families or anyone who values cleanliness and safety."

"Below expectation with the room looks not well maintain. Once open the door of the room it have the mouldy smell. The toilet was dark and the sewege was bad and smelly after flush. The worst came when the sink was clogged and overflow. Fortunate able to fixed but not a good experience."

"Our stay at Zenith Suites was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had, especially considering this was our honeymoon trip. Choosing this hotel turned out to be a huge mistake. From the moment we arrived, the experience already started badly. We were travelling with around 6 pieces of luggage and politely asked if there was any assistance available. The staff simply told us they don’t provide that service and that we had to carry everything ourselves. Not the kind of welcome you expect, especially at a property like this. Things got even worse once we entered the room. We found a used McDonald’s bag left behind from previous guests, which was disgusting and completely unacceptable. On top of that, there was hair in the room and the entire room had a bad smell. We immediately contacted our travel agent, who thankfully responded quickly and arranged for us to be moved to another room. What shocked me most was the complete lack of apology or concern from the hotel staff. As someone working in hospitality myself, I understand mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. Nobody apologized, nobody showed any empathy, and the receptionist even sounded rude during the whole process. The breakfast experience was another major disappointment. The restaurant staff didn’t even greet guests properly in the morning. The buffet was very limited and honestly not good at all. For 4 straight days, it was basically the exact same breakfast every single morning with no real variety they just rearranged the food placement. Even the tea was never hot. Another frustrating incident happened on our first night. We wanted to go out while it was raining and asked if we could borrow an umbrella. We were told umbrellas were only available at their sister hotel next door because we were staying in the suites section. When we went there, they refused as well, saying it was only for their hotel guests. Thankfully, the security guard was kind enough to help us with a spare umbrella, and he was honestly one of the very few helpful people we met during the stay. Housekeeping was also below standard. Tables were not cleaned properly and even empty cans were left untouched in the room. Overall, this stay completely ruined what was supposed to be a special honeymoon experience. The service, cleanliness, hospitality, and food were all far below expectations. I genuinely would not recommend anyone to stay here."

"OMG SO NOISY. AT 2AM THERE WAS SO MUCH NOISE. SO MUCH NOISE ALL NIGHT. I COULDN’T GET ANY SLEEP. I WAS SO ANNOYED. SCREAMING BABIES ALL NIGHT. LOUD SLAMMING DOORS ALL NIGHT. THERE WAS NO QUIET. I COULDN’T GET ANY SLEEP ALL NIGHT. MOST NOISY PLACE."

"We are staying at the bus2, the bus feel unsafe to stay as the floor is slanted towards the front of the bus. The head of the bus is facing towards a hill which seems no additional secure done to it besides the underneath. The bus interior is quite empty, not nice. Bed linens are dirty with smell, heater is bad no hot water only warm water that make u freeze and slippery floor. Water tends to retend just right besides the toilet bowl, makes u difficult to use toilet during middle of the night. Breakfast not nice. No electric plug inside the room. Although the view is good but not worth the stay, got dog fights in the middle of the night, no insulation no sound proof as it is really just a bus, u literally can listen to everything outside it, even when someone walking by. Feel eerie at night due to slated floor and no sound proof, highly not recommended."
