"I checked in late at night, around midnight, and was in room 207. There was something on the bed (maybe caramel popcorn?), so I asked to change rooms. The room I was given smelled bad, but I was so tired that I just slept. I couldn't find the air conditioner remote, so I just slept. I couldn't adjust the temperature, which was also uncomfortable. There were no disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or face foam, so I couldn't even wash properly. The location was good, but if you don't expect much from other facilities or services (which I didn't expect), you'll be fine."

"It smells like cigarettes all day long.. The bed headboard, the wallpaper, and the inside of the comforter are dirty and you can see the inside of the comforter that is stained with something that doesn't come off when the comforter is peeled off... The air conditioner doesn't cool down right away on a hot day... The bathroom shower room has a glass door.. I don't think I'll use it again. The good thing is that the water pressure is strong..ㅋ"

Stay Episode in Suwon Hwaseong Hannggong

"The room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions. My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back. All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs. If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor."
