"Great location - 5 min from the express bus terminal, 10 min from the beach and 5 min to daiso and e-mart. The rooms are clean and new. The major issue I had was that there is very little soundproofing between floors and so there was a ton of thumping from footsteps even while I was wearing earplugs and had background noise playing. I asked the front desk to kindly ask the upstairs guests to be more mindful but they did not saying they couldn’t hear any noise from outside. Yes, this is because the sound is directly below into my room. The first night I could not sleep until after 2am due to loud upstairs guests and also someone screaming in the hallway past 2am."
