The sheets were wrinkled and looked like they hadn't been washed by previous guests. Facilities: The pool was substandard and looked like a DIY project. The pool water was murky and unclean. There was a lot of trash floating around the hotel, such as plastic and straws. Services: When I checked in, the receptionist asked to keep my ID card until I checked out. Is this normal for a hotel? I felt uncomfortable having the hotel hold my ID card for the entire stay."
