"I’m booking for a family room, the environment was acceptable but the issue was we felt so itchy all over our body after laying down on the bed. We complained to the receptionist and we all agreed to change to a double room due to no other available family room. We forced to shower again because it was too itchy and we don’t think we can make it until the next day if we didn’t shower. Unfortunately, it is still the same!! This bed in the new room is still making us uncomfortably itchy, we didn’t rest well for the whole night!! We have an important event to attend the next day and now the hygiene issue which is the most important thing that a hotel should aware of, it ruined our day!! At the end we need to check out at 6am in the morning because this place is sucks, the receptionist didn’t even say sorry, just keep quiet until we left. Don’t come to this hotel, the worst hotel in my life, what a nightmare!!"
