"The hotel itself is historic, and the interior hardware has been renovated and is very modern, but the standard room part does not have a window (we were assigned room 302 when we checked in). The hotel's official website only shows pictures with windows, which is not Ctrip's fault. Ctrip customer service confirmed with the front desk that there was no window and compensated us 20% of the room fee within five minutes. The rooftop breakfast view is good, but the food quality is not good, and there are a lot of flies. The Italian service staff was lukewarm to us, a kind of politeness to keep a distance. Historical place with renovated modern interior. The standard king room doesn’t necessarily come with a window, which is not mentioned at all on hotel website. We enjoyed the rooftop view for breakfast but food itself is below standard. Service is ok."

"Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated indoor with antiques everywhere. Front desk staffs were especially thoughtful and polite. Transportation was not as convenient as those located beneath the hill but the view made it wrothy for the walk. May take cable car instead if in rush. Breakfast included variety of food, taste was okay."

"Visited with my friend this week and we had the best 5 nights at Ranch Palace Hotel, Naples! The most friendly and accommodating staff ever, which catered to our every need. The pool was amazing and all the facilities aswell as the room was extremely clean. The food was excellent and the chef cooked us our desired meals ( which weren’t even on the menu!). The day we checked out, we were granted a later check out and access to the pool since our flight wasn’t until the evening- which was very kind of them! Would 100% reccommend this place and I wish to visit again someday"

"It was a little difficult to find the hotel as it is hidden behind buildings along the Main Street. Was a small narrow road to get to the hotel. But once you get to the hotel everything is amazing! The hotel and rooms are beautiful and clean, with a grand winding stairwell as a signature. The breakfast has really great selection and of high quality. The staff provided awesome service!"

"The most important thing first, the wifi is horrible and will often disconnect. It is actually the worst hotel wifi I had ever had in my life. Unacceptable for a hotel in such a good location and this price. The location is very central in Naples. Cleanliness wise there was some weird smell in the room. And much worse smell in the halls. It looks clean though but bd smell is just very unpleasant. Would not recommend this place."
