The staff were consistently kind and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. The private bathhouse (Byeolchae-tang) exceeded my expectations so much that I wanted to use it again the next morning. I knew beforehand that indoor wooden tubs can be difficult to maintain, so I wasn't bothered by anything and had a very relaxing time. Thanks to them, I got some much-needed rest! The staff were *incredibly* friendly. Also, a big thank you to the chef for the amazing dinner."
