"We did not have a bad experience, it was simply a disappointment. I booked based upon TripAdvisor reviews and I was unfamiliar with Cordoba. Pros: Quiet. Squeaky clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. The big CON was that our room was on the ground level. It was cave-like; minimal natural light and not conducive to relaxing in. The secondary CON is the location is a long walk to the Old Historic part of the city; doable, but too long to make multiple trips back and forth. And we like to walk. My fault on that point for not being more knowledgeable about the city and distances. If you stay in a room above the ground level, I presume you will be more satisfied. I would not return to the ground level room. We did not have the breakfast."

"This hotel is newish and clean. Location is excellent, close to many eatery shops. The Macerdo Victoria is just across a few minutes away. The train station is within walking distance. Breakfast is decent."

"Located just across from the Hop On Hop Off bus stop and bus to train/bus station, a couple of blocks to the river and good restaurants, grocery store. Short walk to the cathedral, Jewish Quarter and main sites. Nice courtyard, a/c, helpful staff. I would stay there again."

"Excellent location, right opposite the Mesquite. Room was small but comfortable for one person, bathroom was comparatively spacious. Toothbrush has to be requested, shower toiletries provided including body moisturiser. Mattress was a little soft for my liking and room felt a little cold on the first day, but overall I was satisfied with room and hotel. Staff were polite and tour rep was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. Lots of restaurants nearby, couple of ATMs close by but no money exchange for those who need Euros."

"The hotel's ambiance and service are impeccable! The staff are incredibly patient and welcoming, proactively informing guests about nearby attractions in advance—such as which attractions are closed the next day, and recommending the hotel's rooftop for the stunning sunset view. When the setting sun bathes the entire church rooftop, the scenery is breathtaking. Highly recommended! It's also incredibly close to the tourist attractions. However, there's one minor drawback: you can't drive directly to the hotel entrance; you have to drag your luggage through a short alley to get there."

"It's about a 10-minute walk from the mosque. The town has a fantastic atmosphere, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and various snack shops around the hotel. The only downside might be that the nearby parking lot is often full, and it's quite small, making it difficult to park for mid-size SUVs and larger."

"It's a pretty good hotel, close to the train station and attractions. It just rained heavily on the second day, so I didn't go out much. I stayed in the hotel for nearly a day. The hotel's TV can cast the screen, so I watched some TV series. It was halfway through the trip, and it was raining so I couldn't go out, so I rested in the hotel, which was pretty good."
