"This hotel resort has marvelous views in top of mountains but their accommodation and services are very bad. This hotel not suitable for older age sick travelers and for handicapped people. Narrow and muddy walking path through the mountain to get to your room. The room bathroom has sewerage smell couldn’t sleep from outrageous smell. No land phone in room to contact reception. You must buy fly and mosquito spray before you get to resort because a lot of insects there and hotel don’t have the spray. Restaurant food comes late and cold. I really regretted to stay 2 nights in executive room with balcony. Poor bellboy, he has to carry our heavy bags over his shoulder, no trolley can get to the room. Had very bad experience in this resort."

"Overall was amazing. The room is quiet spacious and clean, better view if you stay upstairs. Would be better if they provide carpets inside rather than usual floor. There are a lot of open spaces for kids, like playground, parks and ponds. They also provide kids activities for free. Swimming pool and food was good as well. Staffs were helpful! However, what I hate the most is the surrounding society who illegally ask for money when we pass the road to the hotel. I hope the hotel can do something about it."
