"We celebrated our 10th anniversary at Batumi Palm Hotel, and it was truly unforgettable. The room was excellent, impeccably cleaned every day, and offered an absolutely stunning sea view, perfect for watching sunsets. The pool was pristine and even had a water massage corner. It was a peaceful spot with great music. The sea was just a few meters away from the hotel, making it easy to take refreshing swims. The restaurant and bar were top-notch and reasonable priced, offering a wide variety of local and international food and drink options. The hotel's location was ideal, with many shops and services nearby. What truly stood out was the friendliness and hospitality of the owner couple. Their genuine kindness and helpfulness made our stay exceptionally special. All the workers were very nice and accommodating, but the owners' personal touch made all the difference. We can't recommend Batumi Palm Hotel enough for a memorable and relaxing stay."

"Horrible experience !!! They did not maintain their property properly and later blamed to their esteemed guests for poor maintenance . Hotel seems that the guest who booked is coming only for damage their property ....Our bathroom glass door was sliding and the lock was not properly fitted due to one of the door derailing & falling on my shoulders. The glass was broken for that they pressurised us heavily to pay the damage cost instead of taking care ourselves who slightly injured. in the night Front desk Mr . Zura & the next day another Lady authority ( May be AGM) asked us to pay 250 Gel!!! Instead of accepting their lacuna & poor maintenance,They blamed us !! We had booked 3 rooms as we were 2 families . They do not even care & have No concern that we are staying with family . They forced us to pay 200 GEL FINALLY and then only allowed us to check out !!!"
