Go Hotels Plus Bacolod - Newly Renovated
"At first I was hesitant to book again in this hotel due to my previous experiences with their branches particularly the very basic amenities they offer, but my recent booking on this newly renovated hotel changed my impression. Definitely worth booking and the rooms are much more nice and location is best especially for those planning to head north of Negros."
Avenue Suites Hotel
"The hotel charges extra fees for almost everything, and there is rarely any hot water — the shower is basically cold most of the time. The price does not match the level of service provided."
Circle Inn Hotel and Suites Bacolod
"Excellent hotel in central Bacolod. Spacious room with excellent facilities. Clean throughout. The breakfast was more than adequate. I have already booked a room for my return journey."

MO2 Westown Hotel Bacolod - Downtown
"Though great location, the room itself was quite old and dirty, especially the washroom where they left black stains in fissures and such. The room didn’t come with any amenities, no water (especially when tap water isn’t drinkable in the Philippines), no basic toilettes except for towels and toilet papers, no sleepers, no tea bags/coffee. On top of it all, the staff were not helpful! The hotel came with complimentary breakfast that we didn’t realize until we flipped through their food menu? We needed to remind them of complimentary bottled water until we received a couple. Service is two because of the friendliness of the cleaning staff. The pool in the hotel was dirty, unmaintained, and no safe guards. Overall, will never go back."
L'Fisher Ecotel
A practical choice for travellers who want simple comfort, value, and easy access to eateries, malls, and city attractions.

Planta Centro Bacolod Hotel & Residences
"Planta Centro Bacolod Hotel experience last Feb 2 to 3 2026. TLDR. As a frequent customer in this hotel, I got surprised to see dirty sheets, and toilets, as well as poor customer service. I arrived at the Hotel passed 5 pm. When I was about to inform about my check in, the Lady 1 (cashier window) was entertaining a guest. So I fell in line. But there was another lady (Lady 2) in another window (receptionist window) but since there was no customer, I transferred to her window. I patiently waited but she left after few minutes. When she came back, I saw her chatting with the lady in the cashier window. I believed she already saw me because she took her seat. And so I called out to her, gave my ID and she pulled out the form. When she gave the instructions to sign the form. She gave me the key card and I left the front desk and walked towards the elevator. I noticed there was no staff or room attendants to assist with my bags when I was in the lobby. I already pressed the elevator button when I heard someone calling “Miss!“. I turned my attention to front desk. Turned out they were calling me. I thought I forgot something. When I approached the front desk, they changed my key card from 205 to 214. I said “so Mali ung binigay nyo, Baka iba mabuksan ko“. Instead of being apologetic, they just laughed. RED Flag. When I opened the room, something is not right with the key card because the light did not work so I pulled it out. After a few seconds, the lights turned on except for the lamp and TV. I called for assistance. When the room attendant arrived I told him “nobody even assisted me to the room." To think we always check in this hotel from Manila“. But I was surprised with his answer “nanyapon pa..“ (still having dinner). another RED flag. Another RED flag. As I made the bed, I noticed a smudge and strand of hair in the pillowr. I looked at it closely, the smudge looked like some dried liquid. I called the front desk and requested for another pillow case. It was a long day and I brushed those lapses off. I just need to freshen up and sleep. But the another RED flag that is already NON NEGOTIABLE. Your toilet bowl is NOT a hotel toilet bowl but that of a public toilet bowl (Pls see pictures). I flushed the toilet and there were black specks looking like sand coming out along of the water and the stain inside the toilet was also there. I found it so disgusting to even sit in this toilet, not like a hotel but that of a Public toilet. Also, the rug inside the CR was not even replaced! (see picture) I called the front desk to raise this concern and requested to be transferred, to a decent and clean room, which they promised to do so. After thirty minutes that took like years, , there was no update so I went to the front desk to check what happened. I looked for the Manager on Duty but I was told that her shift was 9 to 5 pm only. I looked for their 2nd in command to raise my concern and the receptionist said she is the Senior (Lady 1 Cas"
Sukro
"The hotel is nice and clean."
L'Fisher Chalet
"The hotel is situated in the downtown area making it very accessible to the different go to places in the City like malls, restaurants, stores selling local food products, even the parks where one can stroll and enjoy the local delicacies. Transportation available are tricycles, jeepneys, and modern mini buses. Grab cars are also easily bookable. The hotel is 35 years old so the interior is expectedly dated but surprisingly well-maintained. The employees are very accommodating and polite making the stay truly relaxing. There are weekend activities at the poolside, namely acoustic night on Fridays and a DJ playing music favorites from different eras on Saturdays. I think these events can attract more customers if they are advertised well in the hotel and its vicinity."
Caribbean Waterpark & Resotel
"We had a fun stay here with my niblings and mom, and we enjoyed dipping in the pools."
