Room service at 17.30 on Saturday took 1hr to deliver our food, also missing extra lemons and chilli. Next day ordered ice from room service which never arrived... Asked front desk for house keeping at 14.00 and hang the roome service please sign, never got room service that day. Nice large bed, good view, good food. Pleasant people but very poorly organized operation. Sofas and furnitures could use a little upgrade & TLC, windows could be washed from time to me 🤭"

"We booked a sea view room on Ctrip..com. When we checked in, we were told that we needed to add more than 200 Australian dollars. The reason was that trip.com did not have their housing resources. trip.com placed an order through *******. At that time, I was confused. When we arrived at the room, what made us cooler was that it was not a sea view room at all. From the balcony of the room Looking out is someone else's room, looking down is a garden, looking at the sea view, you can only tilt your head to look at it. After that, we went to the front desk to negotiate again, and then settled the payment of the room price originally booked by trip.com. I think this happened because of the dishonesty of the front desk staff. I hope the leader of this hotel will deal with this matter, and don’t let such incidents happen again."
