We were only at the hotel for one night for a flight, a comfortable mand, about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is located in Kraków. Industrial Zone. Suitable for people who have a car. There is paid parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.🙏
Reasonable price, super convenient location. Came here for a course that was held in the hotel and it was so convenient that I just need to go down to lobby level for the course and return to my room within 5 min to rest. Can’t imagine staying in a different hotel and having to commute in the freezing weather for the already intense course. Getting to and from the airport is literally just across the link bridge and you don’t need to even expose yourself to outdoors at all.
The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short 10‑minute walk from the train station and very close to the scenic highlights of the old town. This made exploring the area both convenient and enjoyable.
In terms of amenities, the water pressure / water saving mode could be improved, as the outflow was rather weak and not very comfortable.
On the positive side, the breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that made mornings a real treat.
The location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)
Since we were traveling as a family, we needed a triple room, and this hotel happened to have one. An Uber from the airport cost about 62 PLN, and from the hotel to the Old Town, it was around 27 PLN. There's a bus stop called Mehoffera a 6-minute walk from the hotel, where you can take bus 130 directly to Galeria Krakowska Shopping Mall, the main station, and the Old Town, taking about 20 minutes. The location is excellent.
When we checked in, they told us we were staying at the Premier Krakow Hotel next door. The room was spacious and very clean. Bottled water was provided daily, and the room was warm and comfortable. The service was fantastic.
There aren't many dining or shopping options nearby. The closest is Diamond Kebab, about a 7-minute walk, which was pretty good.
If you prioritize great hotel service, high value for money, and are okay with being a 20-minute journey from the city center, then this hotel comes highly recommended.
Thank you for such a lovely and comfy stay with the outstanding service from the receptionists to the maids, the chefs, the staff, and the mechanic. All my needs and wants fully served perfectly. See you my second home in Krakow❤️❤️❤️
We stayed for two weeks during Xmas and NYE. The hotel is fine and pretty good during non peak days. But once Xmas and NYE comes along, the hotel gets understaffed and a bit mismanaged. We suspect the usual housekeeping and front desk staff are on leave during the holidays, as there is a big difference in cleaning quality. During the holidays, sink and toilet were still dirty after cleaning, rubbish bins were not emptied, teabags not refilled. A lot of small noticeable details.
I was also told by front desk that we had to pay for water bottles in the room, where in fact occasionally we got free bottles.
A light in our shower stall kept breaking down and we had to ask the hotel to fix it several times.
So suggestion is not to come during Christmas or New year.
The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station.
Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift.
Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!
The hotel is very clean, the overall design is full, the decoration is stylish and novel, and the furnishings are very style. The rooms and public spaces are well maintained, it can be seen that the management is attentive, and there is a free fitness room. The most pleasant surprise is that the hotel also provides free small mobile games and billiards areas for guests to use, and have a great time! In addition, there is a water machine on each floor for free to drink filtered water. The overall feeling is both comfortable and typed, which is highly recommended!
The hotel is about 25 minutes away from the center, however it is close to both a train and a tram stop. Breakfast was fair, and the receptionists were nice. My room was clean. It was a nice stay.

PPierre-HenriVery nice hotel with good value for money.
The meals are very good. The indoor playground and the swimming pool are a plus.
I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

安安娜堡的ojibsanThe location is excellent. Just around the corner is the Square Center. Turning the other way, you'll find the tram station, making it very convenient to catch a ride. However, taxis can't enter, so you have to walk to the tram station. The facilities are very good, and the rooms are bright. Although there's a restaurant and bar downstairs, it didn't affect my sleep at night. I didn't use the hotel's on-site restaurant for breakfast, as I'd heard the reviews weren't very good. Because there's a cafe downstairs that offers brunch, it's very convenient. I was very pleased with the elevator, so I didn't have to worry about climbing stairs in this old building.
GGuest UserNice hotel with modern design but unlucky the room was too warm for us and AC seems not working. Asked the front desk to check, but no one came and they asked us to wait since they will adjust it from the system but nothing’s changed.

GGuest UserNice please good price and perfect location between the old town and Jewish quarter literally 5 minutes walk to both.
Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world.
Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow.
Nice place nice staff and nice location
GGuest UserI had an amazing stay in Venetian house Kraków’s Market Square. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town, easy access to all the city’s main attractions. Being able to step out and instantly explore the beautiful streets, historic landmarks, and charming cafes was a huge plus.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kraków. The combination of location, comfort, and top-notch service made it an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning!
GGuest UserThe location is convenient from the train station and the old town. The room facilities are very good, our room is on the fifth floor, there is always a sound on the top floor at night, but fortunately there is no night. Breakfast food such as Samsung Hotel, hot dishes are also less variety, there are two languages Bowen and English without photos, too inconvenient.
