I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The attention to detail and excellent service truly made my stay special. I stayed for one night to go to the cave Christmas market. The back part of the church was just renovated and it was beautiful and clean. It is within walking distance from the station and from the city center. Breakfast was simple but delicious, open and light at night I used the bar, but the staff were professional and comfortable. I will use it if I have a chance to go again.

Reception, not welcome, no smile, limits that you're bothering them Breakfast , sad, people to check if there is no covers ! ! There is a lack of a responsible !!!

Very good experience, this season is very comfortable to travel, the environment is clean and beautiful, the attitude is also very good, the experience of being at home, parents are very happy to play

Good location, nice serving and clean room. But the facilities are really old. I think the most modern thing is the LCD TV. We have to said the room and the reception are nice and helpful. They are willing to answer questions and help to solve your problems.

It was a large apartment with a great bed and kitchen The living room was unfortunately not comfortable with 5 unsatisfactory old seats. The apartment really wants a renovation. The reception was very friendly, however.

Very clean, all rooms have direct access to the hot springs, very convenient, and it is very cost-effective to book a hotel to go to the hot springs. I will come again next time! There is a good restaurant nearby for eating ribs. It is called De Zoete Zoen. After taking a hot spring bath, you can walk a few steps here to eat.

Not bad. The style is like “ The Student Hotel”, neat, modern and tidy. Walking distance to city center, cave and Thermae 2000.  I brought my own extra blanket as I m sensitive to coldness.

We had a very nice weekend . Hotel is near the center, the evening dinner , breakfast was delicious . The facilities such as swimming pool, sauna fitness are there. Jacuzzi in the room daughter of 6 years old calls the golden hotel. The next time we come to Roermond, we'll certainly be going to book here again.

The hotel is in a great location. Service was by nice friendly staff. Bath + sink in the room is very weird and shouldn't be. Later I saw you can choose separate bathroom room. For 1 night it was ok. Breakfast was very minimal.
