Hice mi reservación por medio de Trip.com y me salía una cantidad a pagar de $3,900.70 MXN. Sin embargo, cuando llegué al hotel a realizar el check in me comentaron que el monto era de $4,397.19 MXN. Al mostrarles mi email de confirmación de la reserva y el monto por el cual yo había reservado, me comentaron que seguramente era una cuestión por el tipo de cambio. Sin embargo, les hice la observación de que yo reservé en MXN y el monto era en MXN, que no tenía porque haber ese detalle, y aún así, es un 12.73% de diferencia, algo abusivo para ser por tipo de cambio. Después de insistir un par de veces que lo revisaran, no fueron capaces de corregir el monto alegando que esa fue la tarifa que le pasó TRIP.COM y que ellos no podían modificarla (aún, cuando les enseñé el correo con la tarifa de mi reservación).
