The room was ok, clean and close to centre. But the pictures of room through the app didn't match the reality. This wasn't the same room. The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, quiet room, complete and new facilities, dry and wet partitions in the bathroom, strong hot water pressure, bathrobes and body lotion, toilet paper rolls are embossed and scented, good reviews
The location is super central, you can walk anywhere, and there are many restaurants around. I recommend a nearby Ukrainian restaurant, which is beautifully decorated, has great food and affordable prices.
You can ask the hotel to call a taxi, it's less than ten yuan to the train station
Breakfast is bread, coffee, salad, etc. The croissants are delicious. The overall ingredients are relatively fresh. It starts at 9 o'clock.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! They made my birthday extra special by welcoming me with complimentary wine, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location is great, and I especially loved the view from the balcony – absolutely beautiful! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

The room is very nice, spacious and bright, with a balcony facing the sea. It is fully equipped with basic cooking utensils, very suitable for self-operation. Downstairs is the beach garden. The experience is very good and worth recommending

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

Located in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible.
The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room.

Отель находится в среднем здании орбит на 40ом этаже, там же и ресепшен. Приятный, весёлый общительный персонал. Быстрое заселение. Стильные, уютные, современные номера со всем необходимым. С балконом и видом на море. Стоит учитывать загруженность лифтов, вниз можно спускаться по 10-15 минут. Набережная в шаговой доступности. Так же рядом кафе и рестораны, но лучше посещать в старом городе. Так же нужно быть готовым к тому, что большая часть тут курит, поэтому с балкона постоянно может тянуть, если его открывать. Мы всем довольны. Цена - качество, пятёрка.

WWeixineryi~The room is very big, with two bathrooms. You can see the sea from the window, but unfortunately there is no balcony. There is a washing machine and dryer, and a simple kitchen where you can cook. There is a refrigerator and a kettle. There is a room and a living room. The living room is very big. Because I didn't want to sleep on the sofa, I added a bed. The breakfast is a continental breakfast, self-service, with a lot of things. It is a good accommodation in Batumi.

GGuest UserWide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

JJamesThis hotel is very new and in a good location, but the rooms are small. The biggest problem is that the decoration smell is too strong. Whether it is the corridor or the room, it is full of exhaust gas. It is unbearable. I am worried that I will get sick if I stay here for a long time. Although the service here is good, it is estimated that it will be safer to wait for a year to move in.
