This hotel is perfect for catching a flight from Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The room was cozy and warm, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the S-Bahn. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Great value for money, I truly recommend it.
Artived at 11pm took over an hour to find my room. Two customers prior to me had been sent to rooms that had customers in bed. I assume they over book the hotel, hoping people cancelled or dont turn up. The hotel had an electrical charge noise and feelnabout it. Possibly from the airport.
The location is convenient, but next time I'll choose the hotel next door instead of this one. The self check-in machines never work, and while the front desk's inefficiency is one thing, the staff's negligence is just unbelievable. Last time, they double-charged me for city tax, which I luckily caught in time. This time, after checking in, someone else used their key card to enter my room in the middle of the night! The front desk actually said it was because they assigned us the wrong room. When I asked for a solution, all they said was, 'You can continue to stay in this room,' with no compensation or apology whatsoever. Are you kidding me? Everything else was just mediocre, nothing special.
Very helpful staff at the reception, who also help on the phone! This is how I received, for example, a water cooker on request and the information I needed. Since I had to do in the area, the location was ideal for me. There are few free parking places around the hotel, so it is better to book a parking place there, if necessary in the deep garage.
Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter.
There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust.
I'd like to come back, even soon.
We recently booked four rooms at this hotel in Berlin. To our disappointment, we were informed upon arrival that early check-in would cost a surcharge of 50% of the room rate, while we had never been informed of this by telephone in advance. We called three times and were not told about these additional charges during each call. After a long journey of 7 hours from Rotterdam, this was an unpleasant surprise. In addition, an additional charge was requested for everything. We request the management to communicate more transparently about such charges!!
It was another wonderful and eventful trip.
Unfortunately, some attractions were broken or the soda machines were empty; this needs to be improved. The kettle in the room was also broken.
The building itself is old, but the room was large because the ceiling was high and I was able to spend it comfortably. The customer service of the employee was good, and the breakfast was prepared with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, and it was very satisfying.
The surroundings are relatively quiet, the room is clean and tidy. Two people checked in, and there was only one pillow and a small quilt at first. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly. Compared with the Holiday Inn I stayed in a few days ago, the elevator does not require a card, which is not safe enough, there is no electric kettle, and no USB charging port. So although it is a four-star hotel, there are areas for improvement in management details and decoration details. I guess it is also because it is quite old.

GGuest UserIt was nice to stay here. Good and pleasant hotel. The only thing I was charged twice, one time by trip.com and hotel. So multiply your amount *2 and enjoy your stay)))
LLIANGHotel location is very good, right at the entrance of the train station, the train station has supermarkets and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the ninth floor of the hotel, which can eliminate the tiredness of the journey. Breakfast is better, pure Western food, there is no way for students who can't accept it.
LLucien P. FantkeFantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

HHa_R_KWe stayed in two suite rooms. One for 3 people and another for 4 people. Both suites were spacious, fully furnished, and equipped with excellent amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher.
The location was very convenient: just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn station, 4 minutes from the tram stop (Haltestelle), and only 5 minutes from Ristorante Toscana.
We had a fabulous stay and truly appreciated the comfort and convenience provided. Highly recommended!
FFrankThe staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious. It is seen individually that the building has come into the years and could need a little lifting in the form of color and newer equipment. For the location is very good, centrally located and everything is well reached. You should work with this pound.
AAnonymous UserVery big hotel, good dinner, delicious and not expensive, four talents less than 100 euros. The sauna and swimming pool are very good, although not big, the experience is very good. recommend!
