The hotel is quiet and relaxing, ideal for relaxing. The overflowing pool is beautiful, the private beach is well maintained, and the spa centre is very professional, with quality care in a calm atmosphere. The Fell room is a little disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel, and the international restaurant is still medium, without great originality. In general, it is a beautiful address for a relaxing stay, despite some perfectible points.

Food options at breakfast and dinner were decent. We are glad we went for the half board option. Desserts were really nice. Free access to indoor heated pools were really good and jacuzzi. Great view from our bedroom with two balconies. ATM and money exchange was available at the hotel. Corner shops and food shops also nearby. Evening entertainment bit loud. Beautiful view of seafront and walkable to beach with unlimited drinks. Spacious rooms and quiet. Sadly bedsheets were dirty did request for them to be changed but were still bubbly and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Pillows were too soft. Carpets a bit run down in hotel and smell of cigarettes in corridors. Requested iron three times and didnt get it till next day. Any additional water bottles for the room we were told had an extra charge. Decent hotel for a short stay.

BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

An exceptional stay! The welcome was warm upon our arrival, with smiling and attentive staff throughout the stay. The service was impeccable, the food delicious and varied. The hotel is magnificent, with a breathtaking view and an ideal location. An unforgettable experience, I highly recommend! Thank you very much to the whole team.

I didn’t have a good experience at this Hotel. Stayed 12 days on a business trip and many of these days I arrived after work with no towels, no shampoo, or no laundry bag. Weak breakfast, and the Hotel needs a total renovation.

The swimming pool is good, the bed in the room is two beds together, the service and breakfast are average, the facilities are average, but the swimming pool is more beautiful

This is our second time at this resort. The parking is very square, the security is strict, the environment is safe, quiet and very relaxing. The buffet is rich and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, always able to provide timely help when needed. The staff are all fluent in English and can communicate easily! A very cost-effective resort. I will definitely come here in the summer next time because the swimming pool looks really beautiful!

Good location. Hotel clean and staff at the reception excellent and easygoing, always with a smile and kindness. Massage also incredible. Food could be a bit better, everything else was perfect!
