5-Star Hotels in Lombardy, Italy

Such a great hotel in Milan located near China town area which makes us easy to find our favorite Asian food. On the other hand, the gym and spa is wonderful, hotel room is new, breakfast is decent and I would say the best iced Americano I have tasted during our entire stay in Italy. I definitely will recommend and come back again.

Very nice hotel the room was clean and renovated. The hotel is very closed to the metro. The only problem that we had was the heater it was very hot (personal feeling) The room was very well decorated and have space

This hotel embodies the unique European concept of a 'small luxury hotel.' Its location is absolutely superb, right next to the Duomo and the Galleria in Milan. At night, after the crowds disperse, you can enjoy the stunning dome all to yourself under the quiet lights – the view is incredible directly from your room. From the reception area to the corridors, the rooms, and the restaurant, there's a pervasive artistic atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

The stay was alright. I think the prices in Milan are too high for some basic facilities. Overall, it could be better. During the stay, we witnessed how the staff at the reception were mocking Asian tourists behind their backs. I think it's unacceptable. We also think the reception staff could be more helpful and informative. We had the case with a delievery of the goods to Germany, and it took forever for us with the help of stuff at the hotel.

All amenities were great and rooms were good, just that the location is near a subway station, and staying on the first floor, the subway could be heard everytime. Gym was quite small too.

Very beautiful place in the mountains, what air there 🤍 Hotel is crazy beautiful. Yes, the rooms are not very new and the design is possible, but it gives it a charming. The restaurant where breakfast is going on is something unrealistic. The breakfast is delicious. The terms that are included in the accommodation are also great. Happy hour by recording, also included in the accommodation - serve snacks, small Swedish table, sparkling, beer, alcohol and non-alcoholic cocktail. Thank you to the hotel, for our holiday. Traveling in Milan, staying at Pierre Antique Hotel, the overall feeling is pretty good. The top floor attic suite is very spacious, and the sofa is comfortable to sit on. Be careful not to hit your head. The bedding is good, and the bathing and draining are OK. There is no kettle, so I use a coffee machine to drink hot water. Breakfast is downstairs in the lobby. The space is warm and elegant, with Western varieties. Be sure to take the initiative to ask the waiter for coffee, fried eggs, etc. I ordered American, which is served in a tin kettle and tastes good. The hotel is located in the old city. It can be imagined that the construction of the municipal tourism at the door will take a long time, and there will be one-way traffic jams. Walk along the ground rail tram line to the cathedral for 15 minutes, which is the center of everything. Continue to the Grand Park, the Grand Duke's Castle, and the Gate of Peace. I think the price reduction is large due to construction. Morning jogging through the cathedral to the Grand Park is wonderful.

Location is great, and the building itself is gorgeous, however, it was far from a 5-star experience. Room outdated and dark, amenities limited and not of a good quality, aircon noisy, view of the inner courtyard (I stayed at a Superior room). In the lobby they played loud music (and occasionally rock music, which felt weird). Bar/restaurant service inattentive. Wi-Fi very unstable. Basically, this hotel works fine if you need a place to sleep, but it doesn't offer any luxurious touches that would make you want to spend more time inside. Very pity because the building has potential. But the price is fair for the offer.

Everything was excellent. The hotel's services and amenities far exceeded our expectations. The minibar was free and all drinks were restocked daily. From the front desk to the waiters, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The ”welcome chocolates” at the front desk were delicious, and the breakfast entrees were excellent, though the variety was a bit limited. This was the best experience my husband and I had at a five-star hotel in Italy, and we will choose this hotel again in the future.

Location location location. We had a layover at a different airport, so we decided to stay near centrale stazione. Got off the bus, and it was a minute away. The staff, the room, the spa, and the gym everything eas perfect. We were able to check in early for upgrading our room for a fee. But was worth it. Would definitely come back!!
