Clean rooms, great service and an amazing breakfast. The station that makes you thosai, paranthas, or even pancakes was amazing! Would stay here again.

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

ITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too! Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement. The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside. Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

Conveniently located at 20 mins drive from chandigarh airport. Rooms and services were excellent. Staff was very co-operative. Buffet spread was very good. Hotel interiors and amenities were fabulous.

Great stay here, the rooms were spacious, clean, and everything worked well. The breakfast was full of variety and has options for gluten free diets like idlli thosai. Staff are very kind and helpful, especially the securities, doorman, taxi, porters. However the receptionist gave us a wrong room, I booked twin and received king room, and when we requested to change, it took more than 40 mins to wait for the new room and our bags to be transferred. We didn’t even have the previous room key card anymore. The other problem is they only give you 1 card and 2 people have to juggle with it?

We had a pleasant stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The only drawback was the TV in our room, which kept showing as “not connected.” We had to call for assistance, and someone had to come up each time to get it working. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did disrupt the experience slightly. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were helpful, the room was comfortable. With a small improvement to the in-room tech, this would’ve been a perfect stay.

Located in the center of the city, it is perfect for visiting the Golden Temple, museums, and walking around the surrounding towns. The hotel is a renovated Maharaja's palace, a historical heritage site, and offers comfortable rooms and related facilities. Anyone interested in culture and historical heritage will be satisfied. In addition, there is a food court adjacent to the main dining area, so you have a lot of freedom when it comes to eating. The hospitality of the hotel staff is high and you can expect friendly service. I would like to visit again next time.

The most comfortable hotel for me in Chardigarh. Screen service, room is all , even weights. Pleasant bed and snowy lingerie, don't want to get out. 24h fitness, and swimming pool, though small but pleasant. Many sikhs at the entrance in dress turbans. I love sikhs

The room was clean and spacious. good service, and breakfast. suitable for families, business travelers, and couples.
