The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. The room environment was superb—spacious and very clean. The front desk service was also great; they proactively registered my airport transfer time and offered a wake-up call. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient, getting me to the airport in about 10 minutes. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. My only minor issue was that the hot water wasn't very plentiful, so showers were a bit chilly. However, all other facilities and the overall environment were excellent, with a high level of smart technology. Plus, there's a lovely terrace on the second floor.

This was my first time staying at a smart hotel, and it was quite an experience! The location is easy to find, right on Guangfu Road. As soon as you step out of the elevator, the entrance feels more like a home than a cold, impersonal big hotel. The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic and gave a very detailed introduction, which almost made me feel a bit embarrassed, haha. The room itself was quite spacious. The lighting and curtains could all be controlled by a remote, giving it a nice techy feel. As soon as I walked in, I couldn't help but press all sorts of buttons – it's actually really convenient, especially when you're too lazy to get up and turn off the lights at night, it saves so much hassle! The bed was soft, and the pillows were good. The only thing was the air conditioning had a pretty strong draft; as someone who gets cold easily, I just barely managed to turn it down to a low setting. However, the soundproofing was excellent; it was really quiet outside. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and they provided toiletries (not those super cheap tiny toothpastes and small towels). The Wi-Fi was strong, no buffering when watching shows.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the city center, nestled within a large commercial hub. Stepping out, you're immediately surrounded by a huge variety of dining options and shopping, with major malls all within easy reach. The hotel itself boasts a great environment and excellent hygiene. The doorman was proactive, warm, and provided thorough service. Breakfast offers both Western and Chinese sections, with a rich and fresh selection of dishes. It's especially suitable for guests traveling with seniors and children. I took my 80-year-old mother downstairs to explore and eat, and when she got tired, we could simply return to the room to rest. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful, even allowing us a late checkout until 2:30 PM, which genuinely touched me.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Cuihu Park, with attractions nearby, perfect for a city walk at any time. The hotel breakfast is very rich, offering a variety of characteristic Yunnan delicacies. The complimentary Yunnan rice noodles were also delicious. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. The service staff at the entrance actively helped with luggage and took it to the elevator. In the room, we received complimentary fruit and peach gum soup. All service experiences were very good. The only drawback lies in the hardware facilities, which I hope can be improved as soon as possible, otherwise it would be a real shame given such a great location and service: 1. The shower facilities in the room urgently need improvement (the fixed showerhead on the wall combined with the shower curtain leads to a lot of water leaking out onto the floor). The bathtub shower is also unsafe. 2. The steps at the hotel's main entrance are covered with a black mat, which is the same color as the ground, making it very easy to misstep. I waited for a car at the entrance for 5 minutes and saw several people, who were looking at their phones as they exited, getting startled by the steps. The bellboy mentioned that it was better when the mat used to be red. How much better it would be if the main entrance was flat; why have steps at all?

The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the commercial district. You can step out and immediately start shopping and dining. Whenever you get tired, just head back to the room for a rest and then continue exploring. The front desk staff were super friendly, and they even helped mail back items I left in the room after checking out. A very satisfying stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The room was beautiful, stylish, and incredibly clean. The location is perfect, as it’s very close to Lijiang Old Town. What made our trip truly special was our host, Ah Fei. He went above and beyond for us, starting from picking us up at the train station. He helped us arrange our Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tour and gave us excellent advice on how to navigate and enjoy Lijiang like a local. No matter how small the request, he was always there to help with a smile. Thank you so much, Ah Fei, for the warmest welcome in Lijiang. Highly recommended!

After a wonderful trip to Shangri-La, my stay at Názhū Sky Courtyard Homestay in Lijiang was the perfect conclusion. From the very beginning, the service stood out. Our train arrived at 4:30 PM, and the host, Xiǎogēge, had seamlessly arranged a pickup to take us directly to the homestay—an effortless welcome that set the tone for the stay. We visited during the cold season, and the room was not only spotless and beautifully designed but also wonderfully cozy thanks to the thoughtful addition of a bed warmer. This small detail made all the difference, ensuring comfort throughout chilly nights. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the mornings. Each day began with a sumptuous hot breakfast that warmed us up, paired with a breathtaking sunrise view of Yulong Snow Mountain from the 5th-floor rooftop. Watching the mountain glow in the morning light was nothing short of magical. (A small note: we missed their evening butter tea sessions as we were out exploring—something to look forward to next time!) The homestay’s location is ideal. It’s an easy and pleasant ~13-minute walk (per Amap) to the North Gate of Lijiang Ancient Town, making it convenient to explore at leisure. Evenings were spent discovering small, excellent restaurants nearby, each offering authentic local cuisine. I highly recommend Názhū Sky Courtyard to anyone seeking a friendly, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming homestay experience in Lijiang. It combines modern comfort, stunning views, and warm hospitality in a perfectly situated package. Truly, a memorable stay!

The biggest feeling is that all the waiters in the hotel are warm and thoughtful. We have stayed in many parent-child hotels with our children, and the waiter training of this hotel is really great! The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a good location and very quiet. Especially the front desk Minnie George is also very enthusiastic, and she took the initiative to add WeChat. If you have any needs during the three-day stay, you can send her WeChat to help solve them in time. There is also a male lifeguard with braids by the swimming pool. The child's swimming ring fell in the pool. He collected it specially the next day. My mother insisted that I write down to thank him. The buffet dinner is also great. After the meal, I took the children to DIY food. I got more than one comfortable and pleasant stay experience. Our whole family had a lot of fun staying during the May Day holiday.

This guesthouse is really unique! The hostess and the young man working there were both incredibly welcoming. As soon as I arrived, they invited me to relax, warm up by the fire, and offered some butter tea. The room was very clean, and the underfloor heating kept it wonderfully warm. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but what they offered was delicious! 👍
