The hotel staff, especially one gentleman, provided excellent service. He came with a cart to pick us up at the entrance of the ancient town and helped us with our luggage. The hotel's environment is beautiful, and the service is great. Being located right inside the ancient town makes it super convenient for exploring.

The environment is quiet yet centrally located. The owner is very welcoming and offers a shuttle service. Their breakfast rice noodles are also delicious!

Stayed here for two days with my mom, and it was super convenient! Everything we needed was within 300-400 meters. The place was really clean and the environment was great too.

Despite being in the old town, the location was very quiet. The owner was incredibly warm and patient, always responding quickly to any questions, and communication was super smooth. Before we left, they even helped us arrange a taxi. Overall, the experience was perfect, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and have already recommended it to friends!

This hidden gem of a guesthouse exceeded all expectations! The decor is stylish, and the cleanliness is impeccable, right down to the smallest details. The hot water and Wi-Fi were both consistently stable. The host was incredibly warm and thoughtful, proactively offering local tips and recommendations for things to do. Check-in was smooth and worry-free. It truly felt as comfortable as being at home. Plus, it's super close to the trendy rooftop cafe, just about 200 meters away! Staying here makes getting anywhere so convenient! I genuinely recommend it!

First time in Lijiang and I stumbled upon this hidden gem! The owner often says, 'We're not a hotel, we're a guesthouse, and when you're here, you're family.' That really made an impression. The owner even patiently played the guitar for us, even though it was just one short piece, it was hilarious! I'm looking forward to him playing a whole song for me next time. 🤭

The hotel is conveniently located near the closest intersection to the ancient city. The owner was very kind and even offered luggage transfer once. Our stay was very comfortable and it's great for families. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Excellent service and a really nice room! The room was super modern with a smart toilet and automatic curtains, all beautifully decorated. It's perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to go out and explore. Even when we came back late, there were plenty of great food options nearby, and the best part is that the hotel itself is in a quiet spot – truly perfect! The cobblestone streets in the Old Town aren't great for rolling luggage, but the hotel manager arranged for a tricycle service to carry our bags for just 15 yuan per trip. The owner is lovely, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lijiang.
