the hotel is situated right in front of the Gulangyu. One could enjoy the nice view during the day and the night. The metro station is nearby and the sightseeing spots is within walking distance, plus lots of restaurants next to the shopping arcade so one could enjoy the local taste while doing shopping. special thanks to Johnny 施為民 at concierge who made my stay easy with his tips on touring the Gulangyu, shopping arcade and promenade where I enjoyed the local food. Johnny's colleagues was also very kind and helpful.

2nd time staying here. Convenient location if you are on a transit. They also provide shuttle service to the airport every 20 mins. Call the hotel once you arrive to know the pick up point. The room is clean and very affordable.

Hard to find the entrance but it’s nice you know it’s inside a mall then all good. Close to the main tourist areas and everything is walking distance. The Siming area is wonderful fun and Xiamen is a brilliant city, it’s got tourist and historical hotspots , it values and shares its history and you can feel the population is optimistic. I recommend Lestie as a good low cost hotel and Zhongshan area as a place Worth your time.

From contact to accommodation, every front desk staff and room cleaning staff are friendly and energetic, making you feel at home. The accommodation is just up the stairs next to the Zhongshan Road archway. The air-conditioning in the room is comfortable and strong, so you can fall asleep immediately. The breakfast was delicious, filling and tasty. Each room has a sofa area and a place for chatting and drinking. I was so impressed that I have already made it the first choice for my friends and family next time I stay.

My first visit to Xiamen made me feel the enthusiasm of Xiamen people. First of all, the hotel environment is very good. The facilities are first-rate. The front desk staff are great, not to mention the responsive floor service staff Hu Hong'e. The service is enthusiastic. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is in a good location. Wherever you go, you can go. It is very convenient to stay in this hotel next time I come to Xiamen. I like it very much.

Everything about my stay at the hotel was great. I had a late arrival, so its proximity to airport was the main reason i choose it. I walked to the hotel +- 500meter and arrived there at midnight. Reception was still available, although they had a selfcheckin service (my backup plan in case my flight got delayed). I got my key within minutes (thank you) and was greeted by a big spacious clean comfortable Mondriaan themed room. Shower was great, bed was super. Although close to airport, not a sound. I had to leave early so i couldb try breakfast. Checkout was done by Carl. Very polite professional young man who not only did the checkout, but also was helpfull in explaining the best way to get to the trainstation. He even arranged a taxi, and stayed with me until it arrived to tell the driver were to bring me. During the few minutes wait i was offered drink (iced tea) and a parting gift (box of almond pastries. My stay was short but very pleasant. The hotel is full of art pieces, a cute usher robot us driving around, staff is professional... i know where to stay. Thanks again Carl (pic just before checkout)

Mirror not wipe, bed sheets looks clean. staff service is good. Told them room air con seems like not working. They immediately get a portable one in. Hang the sign not to clean up the room, they still prepare a bag of toiletries and bottle water at the door. Good point not most hotel do. 👍 Have shops selling food til 12 mn around the hotel. Only not so good point is it's located quite a steep slope. Not very elderly friendly.

this hotel adopts the smart home concept. the room can be voice controlled by xiao du xiao du to turn off the lights, close the curtain, turn off the tv, etc. the toilet is also equipped with Japanese style tech. the room is spacious and designer pays attention to detail such as lighting does not shine into the eyes when lying on the bed. the light ***** is bright enough and not dim. the shampoo and body wash are very good for my skin, moisturizing. the buffet breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. there are lots of fruit. the seats are comfortable. the staff are helpful and you can contact them easily via wechat. the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the island, you can take the metro, buses to get to the popular attractions easily. there are also plenty of shared bikes around. the hotel is in a shopping mall, there is a supermarket on the second floor. there are plenty of eateries around.

A perfect stay with the best location. Easy travel to nearby metro stations, line 1 and line. Shopping malls are around the hotel, easy access to foods and drinks. The room is clean but with unpleasant smells. Everything is fine except with the room checking-in process which took me more than 30 mins. Please work hard on the hotel guests check in progress!!!

I stayed here on May 25th. The staff at front desk is really fast and helpful. The view inside the hotel, which is also restaurant for breakfast, is so nice. The food is good. Many local foods around the hotel, very convenient. Very near the airport too.

This hotel is amazing! Location: Super near to Xiamen Railway station, only a 3-5 mins drive away. Facilities and hygiene: Very generous with the space. Comfortably fits 2 or even more large size luggages. Interior is impressive and comparable to 4-star hotels I’ve stayed in China. They even allow you to choose your pillows! My friend went for the massage in the hotel and she said it’s the best one she had in China. Service: The best part of our stay. Check-in is fast and they offered to help us deliver our luggages to our room. During our stay we found out that thr is a small stain on our pillow and called the front desk to request for a change. They apologised and quickly changed our pillows, we even received complimentary fruits and snacks from them. Really impressive service recovery! And did I mention they even offered high speed hairdryer and type C and A cables in the room! I brought my laifen hairdryer for nothing hahaha If you’re an international traveller looking for a comfy stay in the centre of Xiamen, I’d highly recommend this hotel. I’ve already sent it to a few of my friends who frequent Xiamen often😉

My elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location. When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness. From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish. The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street. A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel. There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel. We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50. I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

Upon arrival at the hotel, was warmly, politely n efficiently received by the counter service staff. The check in was fast n without any problems. The room was big n comfortable. I was very satisfied with the room preparation. My only feedback is that the air conditioner could be colder n even at 21 degrees, I could still feel the room warmness. The location near the airport means I had to use a taxi to go downtown for me meetings n other F&B needs. The free transportation from the hotel to the airport was well organised by the Front Office n it gave me piece of mind.

I urgently searched for this hotel after being disappointed with my reservation at Meihao Lizi (Zhongshan Road Branch). After checking in, I was not disappointed. The interior of the room is exquisitely decorated, spacious and reasonably laid out. The details are also well handled, and the curtains have strong light-blocking properties to ensure adequate sleep. And the service in the hotel is also great, the overall experience is very good, and the breakfast is also very good. I’ll choose here next time!

This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

The receptionist named Pearl is polite, cute and pretty. She is very helpful. The room is soundproofed well, located in front of the elevator but quiet. It is one of the few places that has a refrigerator with free Tsingtao beer and other sodas. The room is spacious. The location of the hotel is next to Wanda shopping mall. It is easy to find food. The price is not expensive. It is convenient to travel.

Well located with nearby Coffee and Ice streets offering high quality western style cafes, bars and and Pastry shops. Staff at the hotel are attentive and conscientious, however overly zealous about upselling the benefits of the club lounge rooms. Club lounge is small, doesn’t have much to offer by way of snacks. Very limited food options at breakfast. Doesn’t open of offer anything around lunchtime and has limited options for dinner. Ok if you’re a drinker, but range of spirits is small. Didn’t feel I received value for money for the upgrade. My clients and I ended up eating at the main restaurant for breakfast, which was not included in the club price? Also, the views from the club floor rooms were not river views- we overlooked the noisy bar street at the building across the road. Had a problem getting fruit to my room over my 4 day stay, so had to go out and buy Bananas for myself. Another issues was that despite leaving the room available and arranging with reception for housekeeping to clean the room in time for me to have a video conference call without interruptions, they did not and so, i was interrupted during my call and had to repeatedly explain and deal with housekeeping insisting on coming in! The last straw for me was when reception neglected to extend my stay as requested the day before and so I had issues with my card and with checking in again, so I simply booked into another, more welcoming hotel. Overall, the hotel is professional and well managed, but they do seem to have some problems co-ordinating back of house teams.

IHG never disappoints! Location: right in the heart of downtown Fuzhou, convenience stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. 5 stars! Breakfast: bountiful selections, from Western-style to local food. Things to see: several tourist spots and attractions are nearby, like museums and ”Three Lanes and Seven Alleys”, hop on a bike and you will be there in 15 min. Rooms: Clean, and with a view! As to be expected of the Shangri-La Hotel, the level of Cleanliness, Service & Amenities are excellent. It is also quite centrally located in Fuzhou. In fact we are so confident & happy with the Shangri-La that we’ve already booked a room for when we spend our last day in Fuzhou, before returning to Singapore

Location was unbeatable! Right next to dongbai metro station. Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved. Mirror had some stains and room showed some signs of aging. Breakfast was average and mainly catered to the Chinese market

Got asked to review twice got made 2 separate bookings for 3 rooms for family (different room types cannot be made in 1 booking - given my feedback to trip.com team).

The place was amazing, I had a great time here. What I didn’t quite like was that the bathroom was separated, where you take a **** Is different from where you take a bath. Haha it’s cute but not too practical. However it’s an amazing hotel, I’d definitely return

Let's evaluate the hotel by topics: 1. Room- all is nearly perfect, everything works really well (down point is sometimes internet is weak) 2. Facilities- almost to perfection, really well studied hotel 3.Housekeeping- one of the best i witness, as my room was clean without any dirty spot 4.Check in and Check out- easy and smooth bonus point- the view. I thank the concierge to upgrade our room to a sea view. Amazing.

It is close to the subway station and Fuzhou South Railway Station. It is very convenient to travel. The hotel is very clean. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. It is very new. There is also a robot that delivers fruit when you check in. The staff service is very good. The breakfast is very rich. It is worth it. amazing! We had a non forgotten time in the hotel! How I wish I have more time to spend in the room with the kids and enjoy the warm spring at level 4! The room is spacious and comfortable with toys and kid’s friendly facilities.

For now, in our opinion the best hotel in Shishi, still has one to try out to compare and give this bold statement. Internet flawless, breakfast and dinner on top of the hotel amazing, good food and great views. Staff very friendly and attentive when request were made. The robot bring you food is a nice touch, i know many hotels had, but this one even has a kind of stickers which made the robot funny friendly.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very polite, helpful and hardworking! There's the nice note in the hotel room with some snacks. Room also had several travel reference guides with lots of pictures. Great for last minute planning! Receptionists were very kind when answering some rather silly questions, haha. We only stayed one night, the next day it was different staff. I had asked them for the name of the staff member who check us in, so here's a shout out to ”小莲” ”Little Lotus” Thanks for your help! Highly recommend anyone to stay here! 5/5

I always stay here when i am in Jinjiang, this time i went with my family..They upgraded our room and surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife too.. The breakfast was delicious as always with lots of western options..the staff is polite and attended us for all our needs including early late check out! The night market and sunshine plaza near the hotel makes it ideal for family stay! Highly recommended!

We stayed at 2207 and also booked a room for my parents at 1519 that had lake view. Overall a great experience. The hotels in smaller cities in China often offer the best value and higher quality and larger rooms. Location is great except that the street in front is very busy and some taxi don’t want to take guests from the hotel because the entrance way costs 5 yuan. You need to explain that for guests the fee can be waived if you register the license plate with the lobby. However this isn’t really common practice so you wouldn’t think of it. Loved the buffet breakfast. Westerners are a rare sight these days (we haven’t seen one). My son who grew up in Canada (but looked Asian) really appreciated the western style breakfast while my family enjoyed Beijing flavored breakfast dishes. Wanda mall is next door so super convenient for dining and shopping! Top value if you come visit Quanzhou.

I came to Shishi for a trip during the National Day holiday. This Green Island is easy to find. It is right on the roadside and parking is very convenient. Service: They will help carry the luggage in advance and deliver it to the room. Many 4- and 5-star hotels cannot provide this kind of service. Check-in is also very fast. The overall service can be given full marks. Facilities: The overall hotel and the room are very clean. Disposable bathtub bags are also provided. Take-out will be delivered to the door of the room by a robot. It is really nice. The bed in the room is very big and the sleep is very comfortable. It is a view room facing the road. You can hear the sound of cars, but it is okay when you fall asleep. Overall, I still recommend this hotel

It's my first time in Quanzhou Shuitou. The hotel is very new. The facilities and rooms are beyond my expectations. Someone helped me with my luggage as soon as I got off the car. Check-in was super fast. The service was also very good. They also gave the children small gifts. We didn't have breakfast. We wanted to eat snacks outside. It's also very convenient to order takeout from the hotel. There are also many restaurants nearby. There is a restaurant nearby that is also very delicious. It's called Minrongji. The service and taste are very good. Recommended to everyone

Always happy to return to the Pullman Shishi. The service is excellent and the location is perfect. And a great view from the 25th floor
