The first time I went to Aguas Calientes, everyone booked the Hilton Garden Hotel together. The chain brand is basically based on the hotel room. The hotel room is quite big. The room includes double breakfast. The breakfast service is generally the same. The things feel slightly less than other hotels. The room is quite large, the facilities are well-equipped, we arrived late, left after breakfast, the overall impression is OK.

Excellent hotel for those who need proximity to the Aguascalientes International Airport. The room is spacious and pleasant. It includes a sofa bed if needed. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The microwave and coffee maker are extremely convenient. Overall, everything is excellent. The price is also reasonable. Highly recommended.

The Sunday buffet was delicious... The restaurant staff was excellent, very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. We couldn't get into the ******, and they didn't mention anything to us at the front desk about whether there was an event going on, etc. The pool was cold.

It was too late to check in. They didn't arrange to be transported from the airport to the hotel. When they checked out during the day, they arranged a free hotel shuttle to the airport. Good environment, courteous front desk clerk, free breakfast, fresh air outside the door

The location is very beautiful and is perfectly in the state of its facilities and bed clothes are delicious.

When I checked in, I was not told that it was a non-smoking room. The next day, they took a form that I signed and said that smoking was not allowed in the room and a fine of 250 US dollars would be imposed. I was shocked. Everything was fine except they didn't want to provide coffee and water for your entire stay, just the first night. They charge for everything, which should be included in the price.

This hotel has the best location in Aguascalientes for tourism purposes. It is located in the heart of the historic zone. My room on the 3rd floor had a great view of the city (cathedral) and mountains. I highly recommend this hotel. Great business centre (with free printing) and there was even an ice machine.
