The room size is on the smaller side with a compact layout, but it's very clean and the facilities are complete and perfectly adequate. The front desk service was attentive, and check-in was quick. For the high prices in Tromsø, it's a hassle-free and comfortable option, definitely worth recommending."

"The service was great. It's close to the city center, about a 10-minute walk to the northernmost McDonald's 🍔, and the Arctic Gate is just 3-5 minutes on foot behind the hotel. The hotel's 12th floor has an open-air rooftop, offering a fantastic view of the cable car 🚡. If you're lucky enough to catch the Northern Lights, it's an excellent viewing spot with an unobstructed sky. The hotel breakfast was a bit monotonous (Western-style), though smoked salmon was plentiful, and there were some local specialties. I found the first-floor restaurant not to be great value for money for dinner. The 10th-floor restaurant requires a reservation in advance, and if you get a window seat, you can see the Arctic Cathedral ⛪️ across the fjord. The food there was delicious and much better value than the 1st-floor restaurant. In Tromsø, it was the best restaurant I've been to (in my personal opinion). The hotel lobby on the first floor has a very convenient taxi calling machine; you can wait in the lobby and then directly hop into the taxi when it arrives at the door."

"Pros: - Beautiful view - Daybed was as comfortable as the bed - One of the most conveniently located hotels in Tromso - Delicious, well-seasoned breakfast Cons: - Hotel amenities are lacking (toiletries, facial tissues, phone to contact conceirge) - Only one staff member after hours, no form of room service then - Staff aren’t attentive enough. Notably, towels that were removed were not consistently replaced with new ones (One night all were removed, none were replaced. Another night, all were removed and only one was replaced)"

"The room was tiny. Paying over 2,000 NOK a night for a single room in January, it felt ridiculously small. I've stayed at two different Radisson hotels in Oslo that were much better than this one in Tromsø. Plus, the mattress was incredibly soft, with absolutely no support. At this price, aren't you going to get better mattresses for your guests? The moment I lay down, the whole bed just caved in. The pillows were also useless. After a few nights, my back was killing me, my whole body ached, and my neck hurt. The hotel's location is decent, but it's really not worth the price. On the last day, my Apple Pencil rolled under the bed. When I lifted the mattress to get it, I found used cotton swabs on the bed frame. Then, while packing, I discovered someone else's clothing tag, fruit pits, and a used napkin behind the mirror. So frustrating. The only redeeming quality was the decent window view. This terrible mattress deserves the lowest rating I've ever given on Trip.com."

"Make sure to book this hotel in advance! I booked it for 1500 (presumably NOK) in November, and by February, the price had jumped to 2300. The room is indeed small, but considering its location and the cost of living in Northern Europe, I think it's excellent value for money – much better than Paris. The hotel is right in the city center, very close to McDonald's, and there's a large supermarket nearby. The #40 bus stop, just 200 meters away, takes you directly to the airport (30 NOK, you can tap and pay on board). Most importantly, absolutely add the breakfast – it might just be the best quality meal you'll have in Tromsø."

"The atmosphere was lively and very festive. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive and the stay felt very luxurious. The room was also clean and spacious, although the positioning of the hanging lamps was a bit awkward and I sometimes found my shoulder hitting one when getting into and out of bed. The shower was also very large and decent water pressure and temperature control. The breakfast was amazing! Many options and very delicious! The view from the room was spectacular and the staff accommodated my request for a higher room. The only downsides were the laundry service is incredibly expensive, which was shocking as the hotel I had started in prior to this one did it for free. Also, room cleaning did not come to room one day and I had to make two requests to the front desk to get a fresh towel. It took quite a long time, but eventually did get me a new towel in the evening. The staff apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Overall, the stay was amazing. とてもにぎやかで、お祭りのような雰囲気でした。スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で行き届いており、滞在全体がとてもラグジュアリーに感じられました。客室も清潔で広々としていましたが、吊り下げ式の照明の位置が少し微妙で、ベッドに出入りする際に肩が当たってしまうことが何度かありました。 シャワーもとても広く、水圧や温度調整もしっかりしていて快適でした。 朝食は素晴らしかったです。種類が豊富で、どれもとても美味しかったです。 客室からの眺めも圧巻で、高層階の部屋を希望したところ、その要望にも快く対応していただけました。 唯一のマイナス点は、ランドリーサービスが非常に高額だったことです。直前に宿泊していたホテルでは無料だったため、正直かなり驚きました。また、ある日は客室清掃が入らず、新しいタオルをもらうためにフロントに2回お願いする必要がありました。少し時間はかかりましたが、最終的には夕方に新しいタオルを届けてもらえました。その際、スタッフの方からは大変丁寧にお詫びがありました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。"

"Upon check-in, I was told that our booking of a twin bedroom was entitled to only one welcoming drink, providing one drink for two guests was disappointing. For breakfast, the hotel advised that the first hour would be busy, but the non-rush hours were even more crowded, making it difficult to enjoy our meal. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room; guests must go to the 11/F common area for hot water, which was extremely inconvenient. On a positive note, the gym was reasonably good. The view from 11/F is stunning. Overall, while there were some highlights, key areas need improvement."

"This hotel is the middle of Tromso to Reina Town, and is a quite good transit rest point. The room is big enough, my family lives in a triple room, and there is an extra supermarket on the side. I rent a car from Tromso to Reina Town, and live here in the middle. In fact, it should be from the port of Tromso, take the boat to the pier next to this f2 hotel, and then rent a car, so that you can rent a car for two days less. The boat information can be found in the svipper app, but the risk is that the weather is not good and the boat will stop. The triple room price is more than 700, which is really cheap. The front entrance of the hotel and the left hand side of the door are the same numbered parking lot. You can park with easy park. I only spent 50 yuan rmb one night. This hotel is basically more than 6 hours drive from Troms or Elainesen Roble Hotel. The room was very clean and I saw a cleaning person. No other waiters. This hotel is really cost-effective."
