The hotel is exclusively vegetarian, but with numerous nearby restaurants, non-vegetarians will find plenty of options to savor. The boys and girls here are very kind, quiet and hygienic. The hotel also provides mosquito repellent. It is the same as the Punaca Hotel, and Punaca has air conditioning. Everyone must have a tipping habit, their wages are very low, drivers and guides sometimes need to find their own place to live and eat.

Location: The hotel is very close to Huxue Temple. But a little distance from the airport.
Hygienic: It looks very clean, but I don't know why. There is a dirty one that can't be said. Look carefully, the sheets are damp, there are stains on them, the bed cover is still pilling, and it feels very uncomfortable when sleeping. The bathroom has a serious anti-odor, and there is also a smell in the room.
Service: There was an uncle at the front desk, the English was bad, and I couldn't communicate at all. At first, I gave us the wrong room. I turned the order out before changing the room. I called at night to ask if we wanted to eat, and I had already lay down.
Booking process: I don't know why, every hotel said that we didn't make a reservation, and asked us whether we booked on ******* or agoda. In fact, we booked on Trip.com , but it seems that there is a problem with their handover, which leads to every stay. It takes a long time to explain. Negative Ratings.

Amazing
AAF2310The positive thing, the location is very nice, right at the riverside.
Now the negative… for starters, staff at the reception, especially those boys, needs more training on how to handle guest requests. Their attitude is not helpful, borderline rude sometimes. One staff tells you something and a minute later you hear exactly the contradictory thing from another staff. Very confusing and frustrating. Don’t expect 5 star service here …
Let’s move on to the amenities. The rooms are simple and clean, but very outdated, the floor queaks and you clearly hear footsteps from above.
Then there is the spa… first of all, you need to inform them 20-30 mins before you want to use the sauna in order for the staff to turn it on. Then the steam room had really dirty floor which a kinda of unknown black gluey thing sticking to your feet, kinda disgusting. When I told the spa staff about it, then they just ignored it.
Finally, the food in the one and only restaurant, last recipe, was „underwhelming“, if you want it said in a polite way. The pizza dough was still raw when it was served to us.
I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again but I guess this is your only choice if you want a safe option besides Aman or Six Senses.
FFishtail7This hotel is very good value for money considering its price range. The staff and owner are super hospitable and very accommodating to guests’ needs. The food is good, and the location is close to Tiger’s Nest so it’s a great option for those hiking up to the monastery next morning. Overall highly recommended.
GGuest UserSpacious rooms , awesome view from room and centrally located is perfect description of this hotel.

Their service was best . Infact they help you out of the way. I was suffering from severe cold and was too tired to head out.

PPavel ShchGood hotel in the center of Paro. May be too loud at nights - shouting people, running children etc.
Location is amazing. Some good momo-cafes nearby
GGuest UserKhamsum is located in the town letting you to access the town easily by walking. Staff were utmost polite and humble. Hotel was clean and hygienic as well. We tried their food as well.
