It was a lot better than I expected. Staff was friendly, breakfast was included, and the rooms were clean. I’d go there again, if I’m ever in the area.

The hotel is relatively old and there are few Chinese people. There is a small swimming pool with green water. There is free coffee and various drinks in the lobby. The room is quite big, but the most intolerable thing is the heating. It makes a loud buzzing sound every night when the heating is on, which greatly affects my sleep. It is unacceptable that the facilities are so poorly maintained at this price!

The location of this hotel is both good and bad - good in terms of proximity to the airport, bad in terms of the horrible intersection you have to go through to get into it. But that’s just Boston traffic, and not something I’m used to or enjoy - if I wasn’t driving, it wouldn’t matter. Parking was easy, available, and included, which is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Breakfast was great and also included, which was another plus. The staff was nice and efficient. Comfort Inn is always a good value.

Everything was perfect, except for the mattress. It was too firm and at the middle of the night I had to changed from the bed to the sofa because my back was hurting too much.
