I stayed at this hotel in Ulus for a short visit and found it to be a decent budget option overall. The biggest positives were the clean sheets and the surprisingly comfortable mattress, which made it easy to rest after a long day in Ankara. The staff were also very helpful and polite. I arrived early and was offered to share breakfast with the guys (was not included in the booking, and i was full). The main downside was the bathroom, which looked quite dilapidated and definitely needs renovation and better maintenance. Still, considering how cheap the hotel was, the experience was acceptable for a short stay, especially for travelers who prioritize price and location over modern facilities and luxury.

The price is reasonable, making it suitable for people with limited financial resources.

The location is excellent, next to Kyzylay Square, there are a huge number of cafes, restaurants, shops. At the same time, the alley where the hotel is located is very quiet. It takes half an hour to walk to the Old Town. The room is large, there is carpet on the floor, the radiators are always warm, the mattresses are quite comfortable, the linen is clean. The hotel is near the statue of Ataturk. I arrived in about 15 minutes by taking the airport bus from the airport to Urus. The hotel itself feels like a price, but the staff 々 were all very kind. Location is super, in the city center. Near to restaurants, cafes, shops and big mosque. Place is comfortable and well planned. Usually the owner himself is in reception. He is very nice and helpful. He provided the towel for free, explained everything and said to call him if need any help. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Totally recommend!

The location is a bit far from metro station, so do not bring lots of luggage because you will walk up a slope. The room is good but there is a bad smell from the restroom, however, overall is acceptable and recomanded!
