I needed an overnight stay in Laval, that was convenient for the train station. This hotel was a perfect fit. My room was on the 2nd floor and not facing the street. It was very quiet, very clean and with a small but powerful shower. I did not book a breakfast when I booked the room, but when checking out the smell of fresh bread and coffee persuaded me to buy a breakfast. I was not disappointed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Strongly recommend the hotel.

Ci vorrebbe qualche indicazione stradale in più, specialmente per quando si arriva di notte. Reception valida e molto accogliente. Camera: andrebbe migliorata la manutenzione, piuttosto scarsa. Peccato perché così non valorizza la pulizia che è buona. Colazione con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

This time, I came to the hotel where my son came to the competition. I just started because I didn’t figure out how to stay. I didn’t live in the first night. I went to find a friend. It was a self-service check-in. I asked for the room password when making a reservation. Later, I found that I especially liked it here. The hotel is convenient for parking. The hotel is opposite to the hotel. Next to the big lake, the scenery is beautiful. The room is very clean and warm. The bathing water is big. The last night because I am 2 singles, the boss deliberately left the door to me. When I went back to China to buy the jam at breakfast, the boss sent me two bottles directly, which is really good!

This is a large hostel in which there are rooms for two or three (separate). The decoration is standard, absolutely nothing special, just walls, just bed. There is nothing extra in the room and there is nothing in general (for example, a chair in 3 local we had one). But common spaces are thought out, which is delighted - the coffin, the kitchen, the terrace, the bar area, a restaurant with good and inexpensive breakfasts and lunches. It was very delighted that the shower in the room, as well as that the room has a kind of parish - and convenient and soundproofing. To the center without problems you can walk 15 minutes walking, the station and at all 7 minutes walking. In a word, I recommend. Waiting for the level of Hilton and Ibis is not worth it, but as a convenient clean place for a short visit - an excellent option for reasonable money.

I was disappointed with this hotel compared to the price we paid, appears we paid over the normal price by booking far in advance. However it does have all that you need, comfortable bed, en suite bathroom (although smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen) showers, and an ok breakfast. If you’re stopping for 1 or 2 nights it will be ok, but wouldn’t stay any longer. The one thing that really let this place down for me was the lack of air con. The rooms were like a sauna, I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the height of summer. It seriously needs air con as it’s like an oven. Location is good with free parking and a tram stop just outside, about 20 mins tram ride into the centre of the city. Overall, it was just below average (if it had air con, then would have been average). It is a budget hotel.

At first we were hesitant as it was far from town, we had no car and had to rely on cabs. You can see that a lot of work has gone into updating the rooms and communal area. They didn’t speak a lot of English so information sharing was hard . Until we met a guy called Juliane , he was very helpful and used an app to translate our conversations. He was helpful and friendly , he was a credit to the company and we thank you for you help.
