The hotel I choose for business trips is here every time I come. The reception staff is professional and enthusiastic. We have become brothers after coming here for a long time! ! The location is super convenient. There is a subway station downstairs, and it takes only 3 stops to get to the cooperative unit. This hotel was recommended to my friend and booked. I only want to talk about one question this time: my friend is visiting the beach and wants to have lunch nearby before returning to the hotel to check out. After consultation with our hotel, we want to extend the stay for 2 hours (for free), even 1 hour is fine, because the friend returns to the hotel after dinner Checking out is convenient and saves time. The hotel declined (late check-out) and said it was not allowed according to hotel regulations. Normally, check-out is at 12 o'clock. My friend had to rush back and check out first, and then rush to the beach (to have dinner). If you can't even meet the basic requirements of guests (many hotels in the industry have delayed check-out until 2 pm or even 3 pm), why should you open a hotel? At the same time, after several days of observation, the hotel occupancy rate is not too high. These are not issues of the quality of front desk staff, but management issues that should be reflected on. (no pictures)

The location is wonderful, which is why I chose it (and have also stayed here other times when I needed to fly out of Qingdao). The room is a pleasant size and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s quick and easy to check in and check out. No need to go outside, there’s a walkway directly into the airport. There was a lot of hair on the seat of the chair (different color than my hair so I’m certain it was not from me) so that made me uncomfortable/concerned about how much had been cleaned. There was about a half inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor so a lot of light came in from the hall so during the night I needed to put a towel there to block the light. I could easily hear people go to nearby rooms and room service going to nearby rooms, so it was a little noisy.
