The hotel's location is excellent, very close to attractions like Jiaxiu Tower. The rooms offer great city views. The service was also very thoughtful; we even received a warm call before check-in. Parking was convenient with dedicated spots on the ground floor for those driving. Room service was good, and breakfast was plentiful. The chef even personally introduced us to the specialty dishes. During check-out, we met the lovely Janice again, who not only gave us a unique souvenir but also thoughtfully helped us waive the parking fee. The young man in the lobby on the ground floor proactively helped with our luggage and enthusiastically recommended fun places to visit in Guiyang. It was a perfect, 'home away from home' experience.

The room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the hot spring lake. The service was top-notch; thank you for arranging a car for us to Huangguoshu Waterfall and for helping with our laundry. The unlimited access to the hot springs was definitely worth it, and the staff were very thoughtful.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the village, offering amazing views from both the common areas and the rooms. The breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly generous and delicious. I also really appreciated the attention to detail with things like high-quality tissues, slippers, and even the toilet. The five-star butler service was outstanding – even better than what I usually experience at five-star hotels. I stayed at another place nearby on my first night, which was similarly priced, but the facilities, service, and food quality were significantly inferior. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting the village!

The whole homestay is very clean. Even the sofa pillows in the hall smell fresh of detergent. Not to mention the room, there is no odor in the house, and the sink is clean and has no water stains. The facilities in the room are also complete. There are washing machines and dryers on the first floor, which is very convenient. We drove to the homestay and parked on the roadside at the door. The homestay also has an underground parking lot. The breakfast variety is rich, the minced meat rice noodles are very delicious😋, the restaurant is also clean, and the aunt is very enthusiastic. The decoration style of the whole homestay is also very stylish. It can be seen that the boss is very attentive. I sincerely recommend it👍 Lobby coffee and tea: coffee is delivered to each room, and the taste is not bad👍

We stayed for two nights at the Huangguoshu New Century Hotel during the Dragon Boat Festival and had a fantastic experience, definitely five stars! The hotel's location is excellent; it's only about a ten-minute walk to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area ticket office, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, and the balcony overlooked a lawn, so the air in the mornings was wonderful. The smart home features throughout the room were a big plus too. The most pleasant surprise was the wide array of leisure activities – the outdoor pool had crystal clear water, the pet park with its cute Kholkhoz ducks and sika deer was adorable, and there was also an outdoor lawn and sandpit, which were very kid-friendly. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the sour soup rice noodles were a unique and delicious local specialty. Finally, I have to mention the front desk staff, especially Lan, who provided warm and attentive service. She helped our family get a great room type during check-in, which significantly enhanced our stay. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Huangguoshu!

The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively helped us plan a two-day itinerary and recommended affordable yet delicious local restaurants. Our lake-view room overlooked the lake, and after the rain, the green mountains and clear waters made the air feel exceptionally fresh. The only minor downside was that the bathroom drainage was a bit slow, causing water to pool during showers.

The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, and check-in was quick and efficient. They even proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions and local specialty snacks. The room itself was spacious and bright, elegantly decorated and cozy. The bedding was as soft as clouds; I fell asleep instantly and had a dreamless night until morning. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the shower pressure was excellent, and hot water supply was stable – every detail showed thoughtful consideration.

The hotel's location is excellent, and our room with a balcony offered a wonderful view of the bridge and gorge, which was very pleasant. The service and breakfast were also impeccable. A couple of complaints: The hotel opened in April, and the装修 smell hadn't fully dissipated. If you're sensitive to this, you might want to reconsider. We ended up sleeping with the balcony sliding door open all night, thankfully the weather was cool and there were no mosquitoes. Also, the shower lacked a shelf, so we had to put our shampoo and shower gel on the floor, which is unacceptable for a high-end hotel. Furthermore, for those driving, I recommend navigating directly to the hotel first. Park your car there and then walk 5 minutes to the scenic area. Otherwise, if you go to the scenic area first, you might be directed to Parking Lot 1 due to limited parking, paying 20 RMB for a shuttle bus to get to the attractions. Then, when trying to reach the hotel, Gaode (a navigation app) led us astray, costing an additional 3.60 RMB in highway tolls. A painful lesson, hoping this helps future guests. I estimate the renovation smell will take a few more months to completely clear, so it would be perfect to visit then. However, if you're not sensitive to such smells, you can disregard this.

This hotel truly lives up to its 4-star standard, even offering a complimentary shuttle service to take you to restaurants or the scenic area entrance. They've also built their own private garage with direct elevator access, which is super convenient. The room was spotless, the bathroom felt very clean, and there was even a small balcony. Plus, free breakfast was included. My only regret is that I drove 550 kilometers just to stay one night and then had to rush back to Chongqing the next day, so I didn't get to explore the scenic area at all. I'll be driving back again in a couple of days, and I'll definitely be staying here again.

The front desk staff, especially one young man, was really enthusiastic and even helped with my luggage – 100 points for service! The breakfast was also standard for Manxin hotels, and the sour soup noodles were delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
