Coming to this Dong village for Chinese New Year, I didn't even consider other places and chose this one without hesitation. It really didn't disappoint; it was absolutely stunning. Every evening there was a performance of the Dong Grand Song. Since we checked in on New Year's Eve, the hotel even arranged a New Year's Eve dinner and had handmade dumplings. For someone from the North, the dumplings might not be the absolute best, but being able to eat handmade dumplings in a southern village on New Year's Eve really showed the owner's thoughtful attention to detail.

Overall, a great experience. The room was clean and tidy, with no strange smells, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. They also responded promptly to any questions I had. The location is convenient, close to transportation and dining options, and the hotel even has its own restaurant. The cleanliness was excellent, with a full set of toiletries provided and stable hot water. The environment was quiet, allowing for a really good night's rest. While the facilities aren't overly luxurious, they are sufficient and practical, making it great value for money. I felt very comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to everyone.

(1) The bedding was great, very comfortable to lie on; (2) The shower facilities were clearly marked, unlike some where you have to guess forever; (3) Luckily the window could open, otherwise I would've been roasted alive – I hate completely sealed windows; (4) The bathtub with disposable liners was very convenient, a good soak after a long walk was much needed; (5) They had my mother's favorite sewing kit! And a red pen (for kids to correct homework), this is truly state-run and very important. I heard family members asking for an iron too; (6) The food delivery robot came right to the door, so convenient. What deterred me from choosing another hotel was having to go downstairs to pick up deliveries there… (7) Overall service attitude was okay, especially the doorman who was very good, proactively opening doors and helping with luggage. 2. (1) Upon check-in, I noticed other guests drawing lots, but didn't pay attention as I didn't know what it was. Later, passing by the front desk, I saw someone else drawing lots, so I asked and found out that staying at the hotel gives you a chance to win a prize (because I saw others win before and thought the winning rate was 100%, but it turns out I'm completely immune to winning); (2) It was quite a surprise that the price during the holiday was actually lower than what you'd find at a Hyatt or Marriott. Other: Stayed here to see the monkeys, it's close to the East Gate, but you still need a taxi to get to the South Gate.

Service: The service was impeccable, absolutely fantastic. Environment: Overall, it's a very comfortable hotel. The breakfast was great, and they even have cute little animals! Hygiene: The cleanliness was top-notch. Facilities: They have a huge swimming pool, and the gym is also quite good. Pet interaction: The little animals are all so adorable!

I stay at his hotel every time I go on a business trip, and I stay several times for several days. The environment is good and clean. The front desk clerks are always smiling and polite, which makes me feel much better when I check in. They are friendly and considerate. The hotel's service is getting better and better. I also heard from the lady on the floor that the hotel will soon have a self-service laundry room, which will be more and more convenient for guests. It's really good.

Tried out the local Polygon Spa Hotel with the Spa Resort beside. Package included numerous access to the spa resort over our 24 h stay. Rooms all clean and quiet and well maintained. Buffet dinner was very good with good choice of Western, Asian and Chinese cuisine. Will go again one day again - come visit Guiyang and what it has to offer!

The hotel's facilities are top-notch, truly impressive. There are four elevators for guest rooms and two more for the restaurant. Parking is extremely convenient. We were upgraded to a larger room for free. From the floor-to-ceiling window, there was a vibrant, picturesque scene of daily life unfolding, with a railway, a kindergarten, and more – it was beautiful! The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices available. But what really stood out was the service. As soon as we entered the hotel, the female security guard greeted us warmly and even recommended a good car wash nearby. The female greeter, in particular, was exceptional. Both times we needed to move our luggage, she insisted on helping us take it to our room. When she heard we drink a lot of water, she immediately offered to bring more to our room. The room attendant apologized for a supposed delay in bringing something, which wasn't even the case. I really regret not getting that greeter's employee ID. The male staff were also very helpful, proactively coming to our room to assist with the air conditioning. The front desk service was equally friendly and pleasant. This is a government-designated hotel that is willing to go the extra mile, without any pretension. They attract guests not just with their excellent facilities, but also with their outstanding service. They truly deserve a big thumbs up!

A perfect experience. I used to have concerns about homestays, but this time I completely changed my mind. I chose Xingyi to take my child on a trip during the college entrance examination holiday. I stayed in a hotel in the city for the first two days, and arranged to stay in a homestay in Wanfenglin Scenic Area for the next two days. I booked this Fengsan in advance, mainly because it can be cancelled for free. I didn't expect that after the housekeeper contacted me on the day of check-in, he kept explaining that he hadn't contacted me. Maybe I rejected the strange call as a harassing call. The housekeeper wanted to arrange a pick-up. That night, we gave a very sweet apple and a local fat banana as welcome fruit. My family liked it very much and wanted to know where to buy it. I didn't expect that the housekeeper not only informed the location of the fruit shop in time, but also gave several more. Very considerate. The small infinity pool of this homestay is at a commanding height. It feels great to be able to swim and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast is very homely, and there is sweet soup in the evening. When it rains outside, an umbrella will be quietly placed at the door, and you will feel warm when you open the door. On the last day, we arranged to send you to the airport, and the driver was also very nice. The whole stay was impeccable.

Just got back from visiting Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, and I honestly think it was worth every penny! The scenery throughout was truly pristine; the water was crystal clear, and there were waterfalls everywhere you looked – every photo turned out amazing. The hotel's shuttle service was super convenient, and they even have a fast pass lane. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was absolutely top-notch. Bonnie was incredibly warm and attentive; she even remembered we'd forgotten our afternoon tea and had it delivered to us by the driver, which was so thoughtful! This hotel was a complete hit, no regrets whatsoever. The air is fresh, the views are stunning, and we had such a wonderfully relaxing time. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay at Steigenberger again next time I visit Xiaoqikong, it was fantastic! A big thank you to all the staff, who were as caring and attentive as family. 😊

The guest room offered stunning views of Jiaxiu Tower, blending French elegance with local charm perfectly. The bedding was the My Bed series, the same as found in Air France First Class. From check-in to check-out, Rabby's service was consistently thoughtful, warm, and attentive. She truly embodies Sofitel's high-quality service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guiyang!
