Everything felt perfect. The hotel environment was excellent, with expansive views and a great sense of space, offering peace and tranquility. The room was also very good, with top-notch heating – it was delightful to cozy up on the sofa and gaze at the distant village buildings! I absolutely must commend the hotel staff's service; they were very attentive and considerate. Pick-ups and drop-offs were punctual, their advice was spot-on, and they were both thoughtful and discreet. The unlimited freshly ground coffee and drinks, comfortable afternoon tea, and the lingering melodies of the Dong village songs all contributed to a wonderful experience.

First off, the hotel is incredibly close to the scenic area, less than 1 kilometer in a straight line, making it super convenient whether you're walking or driving. As for the hotel itself, we traveled with our child, and this place is absolutely perfect for families. There's a huge outdoor lawn with a non-motorized playground and a sandpit. Next to it, there's a row of small cabins housing animals like alpacas and deer, which are fantastic for kids to enjoy. I also really liked the hotel's design – it's upscale and elegant. The front desk was efficient during check-in and even assigned us a room on the top floor facing the lawn, offering a truly excellent view!

The hotel's facilities are good, the location is great, and the breakfast is also good. However, if you ask me if I'd recommend it, I'd hesitate. My biggest issue with the hotel: no air conditioning. The lobby was comfortably air-conditioned at around 20 degrees Celsius, but the room temperature was over 25 degrees. When I asked the hotel to turn on the A/C, they suggested opening a window. This is listed as a five-star hotel on Ctrip, and I'm unsure if not having air conditioning meets national standards for a five-star property. In the restaurant, there were two coffee machines; one couldn't grind coffee, and the other was incredibly slow. It's unbelievable that getting a cup of coffee at a five-star hotel would be such a hassle. Also, in the second-floor restaurant restroom, facilities like the toilet paper dispenser were broken, which is completely inconsistent with a five-star standard. I've never encountered a hotel like this before.

The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was clean, meeting 5-star hotel standards. The Chinese and Western breakfast selection was very rich, and my whole family was very satisfied. The hotel's front desk service was quick, and they even offered an extra breakfast for our family of three, which was a thoughtful touch. It's within walking distance of Guiyang Railway Station. Since we were traveling to surrounding cities, we stayed at the Pullman three times during the Chinese New Year holiday. It's definitely our top choice for hotels when visiting Guiyang.

I stay at his hotel every time I go on a business trip, and I stay several times for several days. The environment is good and clean. The front desk clerks are always smiling and polite, which makes me feel much better when I check in. They are friendly and considerate. The hotel's service is getting better and better. I also heard from the lady on the floor that the hotel will soon have a self-service laundry room, which will be more and more convenient for guests. It's really good.

The room is very large and spacious, with a large balcony. The hygiene is good. The front desk and service staff are very enthusiastic. When they heard that I was taking my elderly to the hot spring, they extended the check-out time to 3pm. The breakfast was also free in the morning, which was quite rich. The lobby is very grand, with a beautiful garden environment. It is also close to the city center. I will stay there next time.

I am a bit bias when it comes to review and critique 5 stars hotel in comparison to others. Having said that let's take a look at this hotel. For a start, and in short, it is a gem! The room is huge, cosy, great location and wonderful view at high floor. I didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked me in. She is so efficient. That was the first give away the standard of this hotel. As i explore the hotel and went to the gym and pool, i was totally floored. This put international hotel fitness center to a shame. The amount of equipments in the gym is unmatched anywhere I stayed. Superb!!! Then i explore the second floor restaurant and order my meal. If you don't eat there you are missing a big hole here. Very delicious. Next i explode and tested the quality at front desk to their limit especially the added value services (Ms Chu, Feng and Zhang). But there is one conceige or bell boy or PR person i wish to acknowledge with exemplary. His name is Mr Wu(?). His knowledge and advice had helped me to plan my stay in Tongren more meaningful. Lucky to bump into him last night around 8pm. I wish to put on record and recognise this young man and thank him. Finally, i couldn't end this review without acknowledging the housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff for their top notch and tireless services. Watch how they clean the room and the tables and you can tell they had been hone to be the best. Without saying, the Chef De Cuisine Mr Zhang is the best of the very best by international standard. I see him dance at the restaurant like a waltz, smooth as a whiskey too. A sight to be seen how he managed the restaurant. Thank you Head Chef. And so, a 5 star is a disservice to this hotel. The proprietress upgraded the largest room. The room was large and clean. There was mosquito coil liquid in the room, but the mosquito physique was still bitten all night. The proprietress also solved the problem for the first time. The location is very good. Going out is the street, less than a few hundred meters is the ancient town food street

A perfect experience. I used to have concerns about homestays, but this time I completely changed my mind. I chose Xingyi to take my child on a trip during the college entrance examination holiday. I stayed in a hotel in the city for the first two days, and arranged to stay in a homestay in Wanfenglin Scenic Area for the next two days. I booked this Fengsan in advance, mainly because it can be cancelled for free. I didn't expect that after the housekeeper contacted me on the day of check-in, he kept explaining that he hadn't contacted me. Maybe I rejected the strange call as a harassing call. The housekeeper wanted to arrange a pick-up. That night, we gave a very sweet apple and a local fat banana as welcome fruit. My family liked it very much and wanted to know where to buy it. I didn't expect that the housekeeper not only informed the location of the fruit shop in time, but also gave several more. Very considerate. The small infinity pool of this homestay is at a commanding height. It feels great to be able to swim and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast is very homely, and there is sweet soup in the evening. When it rains outside, an umbrella will be quietly placed at the door, and you will feel warm when you open the door. On the last day, we arranged to send you to the airport, and the driver was also very nice. The whole stay was impeccable.

We booked three rooms in total. A day before arrival, the hotel customer service contacted us to confirm our check-in time and provided helpful information about the hotel's location, which was a nice touch. Upon arrival, one of our rooms was upgraded to a suite because it wasn't ready yet, and the service was excellent. There were many New Year activities, and the atmosphere was great. The hotel is located right inside the scenic area, which is very convenient; if you have enough time, you could definitely stay for a few more days. Regarding dining, breakfast was decent, and for lunch and dinner, we ordered à la carte from the Chinese restaurant. The food took a bit long to arrive, but the dishes were generally good. The waitstaff seemed a little inexperienced, I suspect they might have been temporary staff, but that's understandable. Overall, we had a very good experience, and both the elderly and children were very pleased.
