"Excellent breakfast (unfortunately only from 7.30 hours available), great location. Good parking garage right next to the hotel (freely crack but it finally can park your mid-sized car). We were in a room on the first floor, on the street and haven't heard anything outdoor (when the window is closed). Good price-quality ratio. nice and helpful staff.
The swimming pool is inside which it is tight and many things did not work (including shower at the pool and sauna), and bathroom is required (but people went without having to shower in the bathroom and there was no mention of this)."

The room is large and high, so the heating doesn't seem to be very strong, which is the characteristic of the old building! The breakfast is OK, but the American coffee is not good. You can order other freshly ground coffee. The historical heritage of the hotel is the reason why I chose to stay here, and parking is convenient.

Guest UserThe hotel is cozy and familiy's friendly, the reception desk was friendly and welcoming, Fatima at the reception desk was great.
The breakfast is intercontinental buffet and had a variety of options besides great taste, Dinner is A LA carte menu and the chef is exceptional.
We didn't use the outdoor pool since it's so cold but the Spa and the indoor pool was pretty nice، the Jacuzzi was out of order.
Overall the location and services was pretty much great definitely deserves another visit.

The hotel reception was poor, no effort was made to inform us of the hotel’s amenities or location of the amenities. The port wine at the reception was on display but was never offered to us or the other guests. The cleaning staff were very friendly, congratulations. The heating unit was located outside near the window of the room and was surprisingly loud. The worst of all was a male guest using the sauna and steam room while completely *****! Shocking lack of hygiene!!!

This was our second stay at the hotel, and it was just as fabulous as the first. The wellness area — with its sauna, cold‑water dip, and warm indoor pool — made the stay incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet was as good as I remember it, and on this trip was also our first time dining at Raiz, the hotel’s restaurant for dinner, and the experience was wonderful. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. This is definitely our go-to hotel when we're in Lousã!

AIHUIThe location of this hotel is very remote, more than 70 kilometers from the University of Coimbra, driving more than an hour. Don't decide if you don't have a car. The scenery on the road is still good. The hotel was converted from a monastery. In a very remote town, the hotel has a swimming pool and a vineyard. Breakfast is still OK. After the check-in, the front desk can help arrange dinner. The service staff took us on a tour of the hotel and there was a small church inside. The overall is good, it is far.

very well located hotel, in front of the beach and close to all relevant tourist attractions, as well as entertainment, shops, bars and restaurants. Service and concern for guests is a constant. Hotel with great facilities, spacious rooms, well decorated common areas in a very cozy atmosphere. Heated pool on the top floor allows a stunning view over the beach and the ocean at the rhythm of the sunset.

Hotel em frente à praia, com excelente pequeno-almoço, staff super simpático e profissional, piscina, sauna, hidromassagem e ginásio. O almoço no restaurante do hotel estava top. A seleção dos vinhos é cuidada e o vinho branco seleção da Santa Vitória é bastante agradável. Excelente relação qualidade preço.

Acolhimento agradável, simpático e eficiente. Parque para carros dos clientes próprio. Instalações modernizadas. Quartos com WC moderno e bem equipado. Sala de pequeno almoço com boa vista sobre o exterior e pequeno almoço com muito e variadas alternativas. A voltar e recomendar. Com pena e culpa minhas, não estava preparado para experimentar a piscina!
