Hotels With Pools in Calabarzon, Philippines

This was a last minute booking for me and I was happy they had an available room. Check-in was fine. I was assisted by two very courteous female front service desk staff. I just wished they were also able to advice me about the room they provided me which apparently had a door inside connecting to another room. They later clarified and assured that no guests were checked-in there. The room was very spacious, clean and had no undesirable smell. There was a balcony, not much of a view. The A/C was working just fine. Gym equipment are fairly new although I didn't get to try them during my stay. Pool was big and clean!

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, and it has everything it should have. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean, there will be a cleaner to clean the room, which is very good and the attitude is also very good Environment: The environment is OK, but the sound insulation is a bit bad. The neighbors were drinking at night, so I didn’t sleep well Service: The service is very good, very satisfied, nothing to say

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

We had quite a lovely stay on our first trip together to Antipolo and our first time to stay at Altaroca. We had a nice room, comfy bed and good food at the resort. I'm glad there was free barako coffee anytime you would want some. The property also had multilevel common spaces for guests to stay at. Staff are also accommodating and very nice. Some feedback for improvement though: 1) Room 105 needs a table inside the room. There is wasted space there that's best for a table or desk. 2) Please provide paper slippers inside the rooms if possible. 3) I don't know if many people would use the pool table given that there is a charge for that but I think it would be better if there was free use of boardgames, card games or darts so the room would be utilized more. Overall, it's a nice resort to stay at and quite comfortable. Hopefully we can go back.

Hotel itself was good and beat if you have kids. The only problems I encountered. 1. Hotel website had technical glitch on their system which expose my data to scammer.. Scammers started texting me pretending they are from the hotel staff. Though operational manager mentioned me that they are doing improvements.. Unfortunately personal information was already leaked out. 2. Easter egg hunt was not fully organized. They cannot controlled the parents going in front and kids are running everywhwre during the activities. Egg hunting was not so good because some of kids did not get any eggs. Overall just good but not awesome I think this the 2nd and last time I will visit the hotel.

I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained.

The place was nice and good for family or barkada staycation. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Amenities are cool, they have play area for kids, teenagers, and adults. They also have warm pool!!

The location is excellent, with convenient access to popular tourist attractions. We were impressed by your staff's exceptional service-they were always welcoming and greeted us warmly throughout our stay. However, the amenities like the jacuzzi and sauna were underutilized due to limited access hours given to us (5-6pm only) because of some maintenance i guess? While overall cleanliness was satisfactory, we did notice a couple minor issues: the bathroom lacked a floor mat.

We had a great stay at Canyon Cove Hotel & Spa. The place is clean, relaxing, and perfect for a quick getaway with family and friends. What I liked most is that it’s already a one stop hotel since everything you need is inside. They have a restaurant for meals, stalls for snacks and meryenda, and even a bar where you can chill and unwind at night. Most importantly for us during our stay, the hotel is wheelchair friendly, which made everything more comfortable and convenient for our family. That really made a huge difference and added to our overall positive experience. Definitely a nice place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy without needing to go outside the resort often.
