This hotel is really well located and its spanking clean. Food is excellent and breakfast is fantastic! Staff are ultra friendly. ALL our requests were fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and with plenty of space to store everything! We even met a famous Bollywood singer one evening! There’s a well equipped gym and a swimming pool, hairdresser, and great spa! 😍

It was a good stay for the money charged. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. They provided me with the option for booking uber without charging anything extra. I required extra water bottle at night. They provided the same was good. Rooms were clean and neat and were made good.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

There are not many types of breakfast, only bread and batter, and fried eggs. The room service is relatively poor, the toiletries are deliberately left, waiting for you to call the front desk to ask for it, and waiting for you to tip when it is delivered. The room cost is more than 500, which feels too worthless. But there is no way, it is worse if it doesn't live here.

it is a relatively new property with modern decor and spacious lounge and dining hall.  rooms and bathrooms are fine with very good mattresses which ensures good sleep quality. the staff at reception is very efficient and cooperative.we celebrated our 50th marriage anniversary and were upgraded to a club room with complimentary lounge facility and a lovely cake was offered to us as a loving gesture.  we had booked a half board package and the breakfast and dinner both had lots of varieties and many of the dishes were good, however i feel some dishes require improvement. lastly there was live sitar recital which speaks of high taste of the hotel management. the sitarist Mr Shabir performed very well and was very graceful person.the staff every where including restaurant staff was very well trained and m/s Radhika, Tirva, Rupsha and Sonali were very friendly and always eager to help  the clients  and served with a smile.

Courtyard by Marriott: A Class Apart The Courtyard by Marriott is truly a class apart. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread. Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. We enjoyed our stay at Fortune Landmark ITC hotel. Location-wise excellent, Ashram Road of Amdavad. The hotel reception has a tremendous fragrance, staff are very attentive and helpful. The check-in process is fast and efficient. Breakfast is well spread with veg and non-veg food available. Restaurant staff especially Kriti and the head chef were excellent. Love their services. The room is good size, the bathroom is neat and clean and with sufficient amenities. Over a fantastic family hotel. Room rates are quite reasonable for a 5-star hotel, only rupees 6000/night.

Amazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here. But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention: 1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition. 2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt. You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.

The staff are great. Really good service. Rooms are showing a bit of age… but they are clean. Comfortable. It’s good for RAJKOT. Food is good in the restaurant. Although RAJKOT food is pure vegetarian. And fried. Cooked. Curried and oily. There is an awesome pizza place near the hotel called LIETO ( Artisan pizza and more ) it’s the best in all of RAJKOT. Great location but ask for a room that is NOT facing the street as the road noise and honking is unbearable
