"The breakfast is suffering, too small for the hotel size, and they could have already resolved this, given the hotel age. We understand that the hotel price is economic, but it is not for that reason an advance authorisation for this type of disorganization.Suggestion: reduce buffet options, but ensure that no shortage of minimum, such as hot coffee and salt bread."

I was on business trip to Belo Horizonte and my customer recommended this Hotel Mercure Belo Horizonte Vila da Serra. The hotel room is nice and comfortable. The staff are all friendly. The breakfast is reasonably good. Would strongly recommend business travellers to consider this hotel if destination is not very far away from this hotel.

I really liked the location of the hotel — very convenient and easy to get around. However, maybe because I was traveling solo, the room felt quite small, and the bed was very close to the door, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway. On the bright side, I absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner! They served delicious traditional food for the Festa Junina, which was a wonderful experience.

JoeBurgVery good quality hotel! Staff were professional, friendly and helpful.
The food at the restaurant is probably the best food in Lagoa Santa.
Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views.
The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes.
The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴

Max Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

Facilities: The exterior is relatively new and the interior is relatively old.
Hygienic: OK, the disinfectant smell is very heavy.
Environment: Every floor is designed like a maze E-shaped design.
Services: Basic service, English available.

The location is exactly near the lake, the hostel's little balcony is beautiful, they have a pool in the backyard too, chairs and terrace where they serve breakfast in a buffet style. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A pleasant hotel, good location, clean and spacious room, comfortable mto bed.
We are generally satisfied with the hotel's breakfast, but only one point to improve is the breakfast, which is simple and restricted by the hotel's door and structure.

I enjoyed the hotel, location cleaning and service, Nelson from the very sympathetic reception. Breakfast well varied but medium, fantastic omelet. Only the q bathroom left to desire, ralo n of the account, even switching little, makes a rsrs well.

Good value for money. Very thin walls, though. The child on the other side could be heard screaming all the time. The room had the charm of a youth hostel dormitory. Breakfast was average but OK. I would have expected a bit more from a Hilton Garden Inn.
