The breakfast is suffering, too small for the hotel size, and they could have already resolved this, given the hotel age. In addition, only two staff members did not realize the full service of table cleaning, replacement of tools and the items offered in the buffet. We understand that the hotel price is economic, but it is not for that reason an advance authorisation for this type of disorganization.Suggestion: reduce buffet options, but ensure that no shortage of minimum, such as hot coffee and salt bread.

Great location, very good rooms, but unfortunately, terrible service. There were huge lines for both check-in and check-out, and the staff seemed completely clueless. A 2 PM check-in time is already quite inconvenient, and we still had the experience of joining the massive reception queue, only to be told, when it was finally our turn at 1:58 PM, that we couldn't check in yet because the official time was 2 PM, and we'd have to wait at the back of the line. In the end, we only managed to get into our room closer to 3 PM, which was extremely inconvenient for us as we were staying for a wedding at 4 PM. For check-out, the treatment was quite different, apart from the line still being enormous. We weren't given even a minute's grace period to check out. A truly disappointing experience for a luxury hotel; we will definitely be looking for a different hotel on our next visit to the city.

Good value for money. Very thin walls, though. The child on the other side could be heard screaming all the time. The room had the charm of a youth hostel dormitory. Breakfast was average but OK. I would have expected a bit more from a Hilton Garden Inn.

The hotel and its facilities are quite old, but the room was exceptionally clean! The room was huge, but I found the bathroom to be very old, with a small leak in the bidet. The air conditioning was new and great. One of the negative points, in my case, was that they didn't have an iron in the room, and to use the hotel's one they wanted to charge me R$95. The breakfast is simple, but it meets my needs perfectly. The surroundings are well located, in the middle of everything!

Good location, spacious room, very good shower and hearty breakfast. However, terrible service, especially from Marcelo, the elevator didn't work to the floor we wanted, we had to climb the stairs, very old. Bad bedroom bed, springy and making a lot of noise about nothing, poor quality pillow. Slippery shower floor. We stayed over the weekend and due to the fair on Sunday, there was a lot of noise in the early morning due to the tents being set up. Terrible, I won't go back and I don't recommend it!

The reception attendant was not pleasant, I had made the wrong booking, and I told her I was going to contact you to resolve it. But she was not careful with my problem just checked in and gave me the key while I was on the phone with you. She was not empathic even a little! So much that the person there said: let's cancel your reservation and do it again to get it right. I really liked the location of the hotel — very convenient and easy to get around. However, maybe because I was traveling solo, the room felt quite small, and the bed was very close to the door, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway. On the bright side, I absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner! They served delicious traditional food for the Festa Junina, which was a wonderful experience.
