My stay here was absolutely terrible. The worst part was when the cleaning staff entered my room without knocking or permission while I was still inside. This was a severe invasion of my privacy and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Furthermore, the hotel's service was disappointing. They charged an extra fee for luggage storage, which was not clearly stated during booking. This felt very unreasonable and like a 'hidden charge.' Overall, this hotel has significant issues with basic service standards and customer experience, making it hard to trust. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend it to others.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. The front desk staff were very polite, unhurriedly explaining everything and even upgraded our room. We got a room directly facing the church – drawing back the curtains revealed a perfect view of it. The bathroom had two sinks, and all the facilities were new. The only downside was the air conditioning; it would switch to heating every ten minutes or so, making a lot of noise, and I'm not sure why. Breakfast options were limited, and it was hard to find a table between 9-10 AM due to the crowd.

You can easily walk to famous attractions like Fisherman's Bastion and Matthias Church, and it's super convenient to reach the city center and train station with metro and bus stops right nearby. Getting around couldn't be easier. The room itself was pristine and stylish, with a design that beautifully incorporates local art, creating a fantastic ambiance. It was spacious and bright, and the soundproofing was excellent; despite being on a main thoroughfare, it was incredibly quiet. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water and stable pressure, making for a great washing experience. High-speed, free WiFi was available throughout the room, allowing for smooth work or streaming. The 24-hour front desk staff were warm, professional, and multilingual, making communication a breeze. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and services like luggage storage and directions were thoughtful and thorough. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of Eastern and Western dishes, all fresh and continuously replenished, providing diverse options to kickstart your day. The hotel's restaurant, bar, business center, and parking facilities are all comprehensive, catering to both leisure and business travelers. The hotel environment is clean and grand, with unique designs in the public areas – the playful decorations in the lobby were particularly eye-catching. Overall, the value for money is outstanding compared to other hotels in its class; the environment, service, and facilities are all top-notch. If you're visiting Budapest, this is definitely a prime choice, and I'll certainly choose it again next time!

The service here is truly outstanding. The reception team is professional, efficient, and always welcoming. Everything was handled smoothly and quickly, which is especially important when traveling for business. The breakfast is excellent, high quality, fresh, and with a very good variety. Even during busy hours, everything is well organized and constantly refilled. The staff works very professionally and maintains a pleasant atmosphere. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. The metro station is just a one-minute walk away, with a direct connection to the city center in about 8–10 minutes. The Arena shopping mall is also very close, so you have everything you need within walking distance, restaurants, shops, and services. Overall, it’s a very convenient and comfortable hotel for business travel. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return again.

We had an amazing stay at The Corinthia. We received a warm welcome on arrival and a room upgrade as we were staying for a week. It was my birthday and Christmas during our trip and the hotel team left treats in our room for both occasions. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The bar area was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Aspects of our room were a little tired and if I had paid for this room type I may have been slightly disappointed. It's easy to get around in Budapest as the public transport is brilliant, reliable and regular. There is a tram stop outside the hotel with the nearest metro station only a short walk away.

Great central location, super convenient, right next to the famous New York Cafe. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, like a concert hall, very grand and ceremonial. The lobby is quite lovely too. My only minor complaint was at checkout; when I spoke to one of the receptionists, a Caucasian woman, she didn't even bother to look up. It was the other female receptionist next to her who actually helped me.

Our room was new and spotless, with a smart layout and excellent soundproofing. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were modern and complete, with stable hot water and good pressure. The high-speed WiFi throughout the room was seamless and never lagged – attention to detail was evident everywhere. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, communicating smoothly in multiple languages. Check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick, and services like luggage storage and travel advice were thoughtful and thorough. Checking in is downloading the app. The location is very convenient for shopping and travel. There are several delicious brunch shops nearby. The toilets are large and comfortable to sleep. The storage of luggage is also recommended (the bar is downstairs, and we live on the fifth floor is a little noisy) ,not bad)

I revisited Budapest purely for the sunset at Fisherman's Bastion and the night view of the Danube, so the hotel's location and the direct view of the Parliament Building were absolutely perfect. Plus, the room size was incredibly spacious, a rare find in Europe. The hotel was built on the ruins of a monastery from several centuries ago. You can still see some of the old brickwork embedded in the walls, and the broken arches of the monastery are visible from the back of the hotel.

This is a pretty standard hotel, but it's really close to the airport and they have a shuttle service, which is super convenient. It's also very quiet, making it perfect for travelers flying in or out, or those on a layover. The rooms are clean and tidy, and all the amenities you need are there, including a water heater. I especially liked how the toilet, sink, and shower are all separated – very well thought out. Overall, a great hotel that I'd definitely recommend.
